1、usageandusefulscope
Heavyapronfeederwidelyusedinmine,metallurgy,buildingmaterialandcoaldepartments.Themachineusuallyislocatedundermaterialbinandhopperwithcertainbinpressure.Itcanshortdistancetransportkindsofmaterialswithlargedensitytocrushingandsiftingandtransportationequipmentequallyanditisespeciallysuitableforbeusedunderprimarycrushing.Itisnotonlysuitablefortreatingbigparticlesizematerial,butalsothinparticlesizematerial.Itcanfinishheavy-dutyjobinthebadenvironmentandhavegoodapplicabilitytomaterialparticlesizechanging,temperature,viscosity,icefrostandrainsnoweffect,anditfeedingquantityisrightandequal.Installationofthemachinecanbehorizontal,andalsosloping.Max.inclinedangletouptransportingis23°。

Themachinerunningcometruebythatmotordrivessprocketshaftrotatingthroughcouplingandreducer,andatthesametimethemeshbetweensprocketgearandpinshaftofchainmakeschainplatemovingalongstraightline.Chainplatesaresupportedbythrustwheelsandcarrywheelsinstalledontheframe,andadjustingtakeupdevicemakeschainandsprocketmesh,therebythemachinefinishtheaimoftransportingmaterialtocrusher.

3.1driveunit(seedrawing2)includemotor1,coupling2,orthogonalreducer3,planetreducer4,torquelever5,lockeddisc6,etc.theunitadoptsorthogonalshaftfulcrumfloattype,thesleeveofmainshaftisinstalledinoutputshaftofplanetreducer,andconnectionbetweenthemisthroughlockeddisc.Thestructurecharacterislowweightandbigspeedratio.Becauseofadoptingfulcrumfloattype,toreduceadditionalbendmomenttoshaftcausedbyinstallationerror,andtoincreaseusinglifeoftransmissionandeasyfordismounting.

4.Installation,commissioningandtestrun
Beforeinstallation,componentsshouldbecleanednecessarily,andinstallationtoolsshouldbepreparedwell.
4.1installationoftheframe:
Theframeusuallyismountedthebaseunderbinorandhopper,anditisjointedthroughpre-embeddedbolt.Ifnobolt,thereshouldbepre-embeddedsteelplateonthebase.Theframewouldbeweldedonthepre-embeddedsteelplate,ifheightneedtobeadjusted,shimcanbeused,butshimmustbeweldedonthepre-embeddedsteelplate.
4.2Sprocketshaftdeviceandtakeupdevicearehangedontheframe,afterinstallingconnectionbolts,adjustbearinghousingtomaketheverticalityandlevelnessbetweensprocketshaftlineandframecenterlinenotmorethan1/1000ofitsbearingspan.Whentakeupdeviceismounted,besurethattheparallelismbetweentakeupshaftcenterlineandhorizontalplaneisnotmorethan0.5/1000ofitsbearingspan.Onthebaseoftwoshaftlines,thedifferenceoftwodiagonalsshouldbenotmorethan1/1000.throughadjustingreachrequirementslater,sprocketdeviceandtakeupdevicewouldbefixedontheframe.wheninstallingthrustwheel,parallelismofshaftcenterlineofthrustwheelonlengthwaysandcrossdirectioncannotexceed1,anditcanbeadjustedbyaddingpad.
4.3motorandreducerwouldbemountedonthemainshaft,andwouldbetightenedbylockeddisc,andeachbolttighteningmomentoflockeddiscis470N.M.
4.4Adjustscrewoftakeupdevicetomakeitonthepositionofmin.travellingpoint.Makechainplatedevicelevelhigherbyputtingsteelplateorchannelsteelunderframetillsideplateofchainplateisaccordancewithcarrysprocketinheight.Raiseanendofchainplatetoletchainplateslidefromtheendtoother.Aftermovingforacertaindistance,theotherendchainplateisjointed.Thechainmovablejointassameasothersadoptpinshaftconnection,butcombiningclearancebetweenpinshaftofmovablejointandchainelementislooserthanothers.Toknockbyhandhammercanmakepinshaftofmovablejointinstalledintochainelement,andmakemarksonmovablejointeasyforrepairingandfordismounting.Afterthesecondsectionofchainplateisinstalled,byabovemethod,liftchaincontinuouslytilltwoendsouterchainplatelengthissame,thenlifttwo-endchainplatethroughsteelwireropetofinishchainplatebutt.
4.5adjustscrewintakeupdeviceandtensionchainplatetomakeitingoodstate.Againcheckifinstallationisrightandconnectionboltsaretightenedwellandinthatreducerandlubricatedsectionisfilledwithlubricantoil,andcheckifjunctionformotorandelectricdeviceisright.Afterallarechecked,canstartmachineandrunfor2hourswithoutload.
4.6no-loadtestrunshouldreachthefollowingrequirements:
4.6.1runningisnormal,androtarycomponentsturnfreelyandnoblockingandnoknocking.
4.6.2sealedpositioninlubricatingcomponentsisnoleakage.
4.6.3noloosingtotensioningparts,especiallyconnectionboltbetweenchainplateandchainelementneverloose.
4.6.4topandbottomrollersshouldturnfreelyandtwoarcjoinsectionofchainplateshouldbenotlessthan10mm.
4.6.5risingtemperaturecannotexceed30℃andmax.temperatureofbearingcannotexceed60℃.
4.7afternoloadtestrunisuptostandard,testrunwithloadisrequiredbeforeputtingintoproduction.Timeoftestruncanbedecidedaccordingtoactualconditionbutcontinuoustestruncannotbelessthan2hours.Loadshouldbeaddedtillmax.andcheckitaccordingtostipulateddataindrawing,aftercertificatethemachinecanbeused.
5.operationrulesandmaintenance
5.1allthetimekeepcertainthicknessmaterialonchainplateduringthemachineisrunning,materialthicknesscannotbelessthan500mm,anditisnotpermittedthatmaterialisputintochainplatedirectlyonthedischargingemptystate.Ifnoavoidanceonchainplateshouldbepavedalayerofbrokenmaterialbeforedischargingtopreventfromdirectimpactingchainplate.Whenbigblockofmaterialstopup,itisnotpermittedtoadoptdemolishing.
5.2afterthemachineisinstalled,thedistancefromoutlettochainplateshouldbenotlessthan1.5-2timesofbiggestmaterial.Shouldkeep8-13mmclearancebetweenprotectionplatesandbafflesonthetwosidesofchainplatetoavoidmaterialoutflowandfriction.Thed
