一.VEIP(VirtualEthernetinterfacepoint)
Thismanagedentityrepresentsthedataplanehand-offpointinanONUtoaseparate(non-OMCI)managementdomain.ThevirtualEthernetinterfacepointismanagedbyOMCI,andispotentiallyknowntothenon-OMCImanagementdomain.OneormoreEthernettrafficflowsarepresentatthisboundary.
InstancesofthismanagedentityareautomaticallycreatedanddeletedbytheONU.Thisisnecessarybecausetherequireddownstreampriorityqueuesaresubjecttophysicalimplementationconstraints.TheOLTmayuseoneormoreofthevirtualEthernetinterfacepointscreatedbytheONU.
ItisexpectedthattheONUwouldcreateonevirtualEthernetinterfacepointforeachnon-OMCImanagementdomain.Atthevendor’sdiscretion,avirtualEthernetinterfacepointmaybecreatedforeachtrafficclass.
二.VEIP的实现:
VEIP主要是针对L3RGU软件版本。
1.不配置VEIP,ONT默认所有口都是L3口。
在OLT上,只需要配置UNI1口的业务就可以了,L2/L3的业务都绑定在UNI1口上面。
CU/CT的版本,可以通过WebGUI来设置L2/L3端口。
在OLT上,只需要配置vlanfilter,vlan的操作是通过WebGUI来配置的,主要是addvlan的操作。
2.当配置veip时,通过关联VEIP和UNI口来确定哪些口是L2UNI,哪些口是L3UNI.实现通过OMCI来指定UNI为L2/L3端口。
ONT根据uni-g的non-omcimanagementidentifier有没有指向virtualEthernetinterfacepoint来判断该uni口是三层口还是二层口:
当non-omcimanagementidentifier值为0时,表示该uni为二层口;
当non-omcimanagementidentifier值指向veippoint时,表示该uni为三层口;

将bridge绑定在VIFport上,L3业务的vlanfilter也都配在这个bridge即可,不用指定UNI口,L3UNI口默认都绑定在VIF上。
