Prerequisites
5.1Civilworkandinstallationworkofwastewatertreatmentsystemcompleted,accordancewithsystemdiagram.
5.2Installationofdosingsystemarecompleted,pipelineareflushed,trialrunofdosingpumpscompleted.
5.3Electricalequipments,i.e.switchboard,console,indictoranalysis,I&Cmeasurementareinstalledandchecked,ensureoperationflexibility.
5.4Singleequipmentcommissioningofallpumps,blowers,agitationarecompleted.
5.5Commissioningofallpneumaticvalvearecompleted,andpositionersignalareright.
5.6Communicationandlightinsiteareallready,ifnot,itshouldhavetemporarymeasure,workingpassageareunblocked,temporaryequipmentsusedininstallingperiodshouldberemoved.
5.7Analyticalreagentandanalyzerareallready.
5.8Recorderpaperusedincommissioningareallready.
5.9Electricalpersonnel,I&Cpersonnelanderectorshouldbeonduty,soastodealwithdrawbackduringcommissioning.
Precautions
6.1Personnelwhoattendcommissioningshouldstudysafetyguideforchemicalandelectric.
6.2Electricequipment,chemicals,andwastewatershouldbetakenchargebyspecialperson.
6.3Preparedfirst-aidchemicalsforburnbyacidandcausticinsite.
6.4Providedsomefirefightingequipments.
6.5Electricswitchesandelectricequipmentshouldhaveevidencesign.
6.6Personnelwhoattendcommissioningshouldbefamiliarwithsystem,preventfromimproperoperation.
6.7Wearingsafetyhelmetwhencomeintosite.
