液压与飞控
737-NG
1、备用液压系统包括备用液压系统和动力转换组件系统(PTU)。
PTU是前缘襟翼和缝翼以及自动缝翼系统的液压备用来源。
二、系统供压

Thestandbyhydraulicsystemsuppliesalternativehydraulicpressuretotheseairplanesystems:

方向舵由液压A、B系统供压,备用方向舵由备用液压系统供压;
副翼、升降舵及其载荷感觉器由A、B系统同时供压;
左反推由A、备用供压;右反推由B、备用供压;
飞行扰流板2,4,9,11由A供压;3,5,8,10由B供压;增加安全系数;
地面扰流板1,6,7,12由A系统供压;
后缘襟翼由B系统供压;
前缘襟翼、缝翼及其自动缝翼由B、备用供压,另有PTU作备用液压源;
PTU主件由一同轴的液压马达和液压泵组成,在龙骨梁上,如下:
ThePTUsystemisahydraulicmotor-pumpassemblythatsuppliesalternativepressuretoleadingedgeflapsandslatsandautoslatsystemifsystemBisde-pressurized.ThePTUiscontrolledbythePTUcontrolvalve.
ThePTUsystemoperatesautomaticallywhentheseconditionsoccur:
*Airplaneintheair(地面PTU不工作)
*Trailingedgeflappositionbetweenupand15
*SystemBEDPlowpressure.
SystemApressurizesthemotorwhenthePTUcontrolvalveisopen.SystemBsuppliesthefluidtothepump.
如图,当B系统低压时,EDP自动缝翼系统压力电门给PTU控制活门电信号并打开,A系统向PTU液压马达供压转动并带动液压泵,抽取B油箱液压油供给前缘襟翼和缝翼及自动缝翼系统。
前轮转弯由A系统供压,备用前轮转弯B供压;
正常刹车由B系统供压,备用刹车A供压;
起落架收放由A系统供压,备用起落架收放由B供压;
自动驾驶A系统由A系统供压,B由B系统供压;
三、液压指示--CONTROLANDINDICATIONS

TheLOWQUANTITYamberlighttotherightoftheFLTCONTROLswitchesontheflightcontrolpanelcomesonwhenthehydraulicfluidquantitydecreasestolessthannormalinthestandbyhydraulicsystemreservoir.

ThestandbysystemLOWPRESSURElightistotherightoftheFLTCONTROLswitchesontheflightcontrolpanel.
4:
HydraulicPumpLowPressureWarningIndication:
Theamber(琥珀色)LOWPRESSURElightscomeonforeachpumpwhentheoutputpressureislessthannormal.
ThehydraulicsystemsAandBLOWPRESSURElightsareabovetheHYDPUMPcontrolswitchesonthehydraulicpanel.

HydraulicFluidOverheatWarningIndication:
TheamberOVERHEATlightsforthehydraulicsystemAandBEMDPscomeonwhenthepumpcase(容器)drainhydraulicfluidtemperatureismorethannormal.TheselightsareaboveeachHYDPUMPcontrolswitchonthehydraulicpanel.
TheamberOVERHEATlightsforthehydraulicsystemAandBEMDPsalsocomeonwhentheEMDPelectricmotortemperatureismorethannormal.Theelectricmotortemperaturesensorisindependent(独立自主的)ofthecasedraintemperaturesensor.(SHG006-017)
注:
Thestandbyhydraulicsystemdoesnothaveanoverheatindicator.

MasterCautionIndication:
Whenanyoftheamberlightsonthehydrauliccontrolpanelcomeon,theMASTERCAUTIONlightandtheHYDlightonthesystemannunciator(报警器)panel(P7)alsocomeon.
Whenanyoftheamberlightsontheflightcontrolpanelcomeon,theMASTERCAUTIONlightandFLTCONTlightonthesystemannunciatorpanel(P7)alsocomeon.

五、pressurization
1、YoucanpressurizesystemAandsystemBwitheitheranengine-drivenpump(EDP)oranelectricmotor-drivenpump(EMDP).
Usually,theENG1andENG2switchesareintheONposition.Whentheenginesareon,theEDPscomeontoalsopressurizesystemsAandB.
TopressurizehydraulicsystemA,connectagroundservicecarttotheleftgroundservicedisconnect.TopressurizehydraulicsystemB,connectagroundservicecarttotherightgroundservicedisconnect.注:
增压系统,不是增压油箱
Youdonotpressurizethestandbysystemfromagroundservicecart.
2、Ifyoupressurizethehydraulicsystemswiththehydraulicpumps,makesurethereissufficient(充足充分的)fuelinthemainfueltankstocooltheheatexchangers(250GALLONS(1675POUNDS/760KILOGRAMS)).
Beforeyoupressurizeahydraulicsystemwithagroundservicecart,youmustremovethepressurefromthehydraulicreservoir.
Thegroundservicingsystemfillsallhydraulicreservoirsfromonecentrallocation.
3、Thepressuresourceforthestandbyhydraulicsystemisanelectricalmotor-drivenpump(EMDP).
Youoperatethestandbysystemmanually(手动)withtheFLTCONTROLswitchesortheALTERNATEFLAPSarmswitch.
Thestandbysystemoperatesautomaticallyifalloftheseconditionsaretrue:
*OneFLTCONTROLswitchtoON
*Trailingedgeflapsnotup
*Airplaneintheairorwheelspeedmorethan60knots
*Lowflightcontrolpressure.
4、Thehydraulicreservoirpressurizationsystemsuppliespressurizedfilteredbleedairfromtheairplane’spneumaticsystem(left/rightenginebleedair,APUbleedair,orexternalgroundair)tothemainhydraulicsystemsAandBreservoirs.
Thereservoirscanalsobemanuallypressurizedusinganexternalgroundairsource(via(经过)connectiontoairchargingvalve)withouttheneedofpressurizingthepneumaticsystemcrossovermanifold.
Thesystemprovidesapositive(实际的)supplyofhydraulicfluidtothepumps,maintainsnormalreturnpressureinthehydraulicsystem,andalsohelpstopreventfoaming(充满泡沫)inthereservoirs.Aconstantpressureofapproximately45-50psiisnormallysuppliedtothereservoirsbythepneumaticsystem.Overpressurizationprotectionforthereservoirsisprovidedbypressurerelief(减轻)valveswhicharesettorelieve(减轻)between60-65psi.
5、Theairfilterassembliesofthereservoirpressurizationsystemareintheleftandrightenviromental(周围环境)controlsystem(ECS)packbaysadjacent(临近接近)tothepneumaticsystemcrossovermanifold(多种形式的多方面的)duct.
Theairfilterassemblyremovesforeign(外来的)materialfromthebleedairtopreventblockage(封锁阻碍)anddownstream(下游的)contamination(污染)ofthereservoirpressurizationsystemcomponentsandhydraulicsystemsAandBreservoirs.
Theairfilterassemblyconsistsofawire-wound(金属口)metal(金属)filterelement(元件),afiltercase,afilterhead(housing),packings(o-rings),areducer(减压器)intheinletport,andacheckvalveintheoutletport.
Thecheckvalveissuppliedasapartofthefilterassembly,butitcanberemovedandreplacedasaseparate(单独的)unit.Themetalfilterelementiscleanableviaultrasonic(超声波)methods.
6、轮舱液压油箱组件
Thepressurereliefvalvecloses(reseats)whenthereservoiroverpressurizationconditionhasbeenrelievedwhichisapproximately90%oftherelievingpressure(minimum55psireseatpressure).
TheairpressureinbothhydraulicsystemAandBreservoirsisreleased(depressurized)whentheairchargingvalveisopened.
AnairpressuregaugeisconnectedtotheairchargingvalveandmanifoldassemblytoshowtheairpressureinthehydraulicsystemsAandBreservoirs.Thepressuregaugeiscalibrated(校准)inpoundspersquareinch(psi).
7、MAINHYDRAULICSYSTEMS-GENERALDESCRIPTION
Theoverheat/fireprotectionpanelcontrolstheEDPsupplyshutoffvalves.EDPsupplyshutoffvalvesforeachsystemcontrolhydraulicfluidtotheengine-drivenpump(EDP).Thesupplyshutoffvalves(referredtoasthevalves)aremountedintherearsparareaimmediatelyoutboardofthewheelwells.
TheEDPandEMDPpumpsineachsystemsupplypressurecontinuouslytoapressuremodule.Casedrainfluidisusedtocoolinternalcomponentsofthepumpandgoestoacasedrainfilterfromeachpump.
Eachenginehasonecasedrainfilterforeachengine-drivenpumplocatedatthe11o’clockposition.
Acasedrainfiltermodulecleansthecasedrainfluidfromeachpumpbeforeitgoestotheheatexchanger.
Thepressuremodulecleans,monitors,anddistributesthefluidpressurefromeachpump.Thepressu
