螺杆泵调试程序
1.PURPOSE
目的
Thefollowingprovidesthecommissioningproceduresfortheinspection,testingandcommissioningofscrewpumpxxproject,verifytheequipmentcanalsoachievesitsdesignintentandoperabilityasspecifiedinthetechnicalcontractaftertransportationandinstallation.
本调试程序包括淡螺杆泵的检查、测试以及调试,以确保该设备在经历运输和安装后,各项功能指标符合技术合同中的设计目的和操作要求。

调试资源
5.1PERSONNELORGANIZATION
人员组织
●Commissioningmanagerarrangethework.Hisjobconsistsofputtingupthecommissioninginform,holdingacommissioningwarming-upmeetingincludeofJSA.
调试经理负责安排,包括调试安排的通知,主持召开包括JSA在内的调试准备会议。
●Themaincommissioningengineer(MCE)ismechanicalengineer,theassistantcommissioningengineersareelectricalcommissioningengineer,instrumentcommissioningengineerandpipingengineer.
机械工程师作为主调工程师,辅调工程师包括电器工程师、仪表工程师和工艺工程师。
●AllparticipantsmustobeytheorderofMCE.
所有参加调试人员必须听从主调工程师指挥。
●Peoplepartakeincommissioningonsite:
commissioningengineers,Owner,Thirdparty,inspector,Vendorservice,QHSE.
参加调试的人员包括:

6.1CHECKBEFORECOMMISSIONING
调试前的检查
6.1.1Completionconditioncheck
完工状态检查
●Makesureallthepreparativeworkhasbeencompletedaccordingtothecommissioningproject,includingallthetemporarypiping,electricloopsandsoon.
确定所有的准备工作已经按照调试方案完成,包括所有的临时管线和电缆等。
●Comparethenameplatesontheequipmentwithdatasheet,andmakesureitiscorrect.
按照数据表核对设备的铭牌,确定其正确。
●Checkinstallationisinaccordancewiththemountingdrawing
按照安装图纸检查设备的安装
●Verifyingrecordofinstallationinspection,alignment,NDTaccordingtotheinstallationdiagram.
根据安装图检查安装报告、对中报告和无损探伤报告
●Checktherecordofinstallation,sweep,gassealtest,NDT,hydrostatictestandleakingtestofpipingsystemaccordingtothepipingdiagram.
根据管线图检查管线的安装报告、吹扫报告、气密报告、NDT记录和水压试验记录。
●Confirmallinstrumenthavebeencalibrated,checkthecalibrationcertificateandtherecordofinstallationinspectionandinstrumentcableaccordingtotheinstrumentdiagram.
确定所有的仪表都已检定完毕,检查检定证书和根据仪表布置图检查仪表的安装以及电缆的连接。
●Checktherecordofinstallation,powercableandcontrolcabletestaccordingtothewiringdiagram.
根据布线图对电源线和控制线进行校线。
6.1.2Insulationcheck
绝缘检查
●Theearthingcheckofmotorandcontrolpanel.
检查电机和控制盘的接地
●Checkthecoldinsulationresistanceofthemotorforpump.
检查电机的冷态绝缘
6.1.3Externalappearancecheck
外观检查
●Makesuretheexteriorofequipmentisintact.
确定设备外观完整无损
●Checkthatallpackingmaterialsandprotectivedevicesusedduringtransportandhandlinghavebeenremovedfromtheequipment.
确定所有包装材料和在运输和吊装过程中的保护装置都已拆除
●Checktheweldingbetweenbaseanddeck.
检查设备与甲板间的焊接
●Allboltsandnutshavebeentightened.
确定所有的螺栓都已上紧
●ChecktheconnectionofpipelinestomakesurethatithasbeencompletedaccordingtoPI&D.
根据PI&D检查所有管线的连接都已完成
●Ensurethepipelinesareclean,andthereisnocorrosionorimpurity.
确定所有的管线内部清洁,没有腐蚀物和杂物
●Makesuretheflangesandinstrumentshadbeeninstalledcorrectly.
确定所有的法兰和仪表都安装正确
●Checkandconfirmthatthebuttonsandlightsonthecontrolpanelcanworknormally.
确定控制盘上的按钮和灯工作正常
●Ensurethepush-buttonsarenormal.
确定所有的急停按钮工作正常
●Theelectricalinstallationandwireconnectionshouldbeinaccordancewiththecircuitdiagram,andeachjointshouldbeareliabletouch.
检查所有的电气设备的安装和电线的连接正确,电线的接头牢固
●CheckIPgradeoftheengine.
检查电机的IP等级
●Confirmtherotatingdirectionofthepumpiscorrect.
确定泵的转向正确
6.1.4Commissioningconditioncheck
调试条件检查
●Checkthepowersupply.
检查动力供应
●Requiredlubeoilandgreaseshouldbepreparedandfilled.
调试所需的滑油和油脂填充和准备完毕
6.2FUNCTIONTEST
功能测试
6.2.1Pumpstartup
启泵
●Openthevalveinthesuctionanddischarginglineofthepumptolettheliquidfillinthepumpandventtheair.
打开泵进出口的阀门,使流体进入泵内以排出空气
●Startupthepumpthroughthelocalpaneltoconfirmthepumpisstarted.
在就地盘启动泵
●Stopthepump,thenstartitthroughtheremotecontrol,makesurethepumpisstarted.
停泵,然后再远程控制盘启动泵
●Measureandrecordthestartingcurrentofthemotor.
记录启动电流
6.2.2Runningtest
运行测试
●Startupthepump,closethevalveinthedischarginglineofpumpslowlyuntilgettheoperatingpressure.
启动泵,然后缓慢打开泵出口阀门,当出口压力达到最大操作压力后将出口阀门打到全开。
●Thepumpsshouldberuncontinuallyfor2hoursatleast.
连续运行泵最少两个小时
●Checkleakageofmechanicalsealandlubeoilseal.
检查机械密封和滑油密封
●Recordtheperformanceparametersasfollowevery30mins.
每三十分钟记录一次以下运行参数
1)Measureandrecordthenoiseofthepump(75-90dB).Ifthedifferencebetweenenvironmentalnoiseandmeasuredvalueisgraterthanorequalto6-10dB,themeasuredvaluesareinsignificant.
记录泵的噪声。
所测噪声与环境噪声之差不能大于或等于6-10dB
2)Measureandrecordthevibrationofthepump.
记录泵的振动
3)Measureandrecordthepressureinthedrainofpump.
记录泵的出口压力
4)Measureandrecordtheactualrotationalspeedofthemotor.
记录马达的实际转速
5)Measureandrecordthecurrentandvoltageofthemotorattheratedcondition.
记录马达的额定电流和电压
6)Measureandrecordthetemperatureofbearingofthepump.
记录泵轴承温度
6.2.3Stop
停泵
●Stopthepumpthroughthelocalpanel.
在就地盘停泵
●Stopthepumpthroughtheremotecontrol.
在远程控制盘停泵
●SimulateESDandconfirmpumpmotorde-energizesandthepumpstops.
通过模拟测试泵的ESD功能
●Checkthehotinsulationresistanceofthemotorforeachpump.
记录热态绝缘
7.AFTERTESTCHECK
调试后检查
●Turnpoweroff.
切断电源
●Dismantlealltemporarilywireandpipelines.
拆除临时电缆和管线
●Checkalltheconnectionsifthereisanylooseningorleakagehappened.
检查所有连接处没有泄露
●Openthedrainplugofthepump,draintheliquid.
打开泵的排放口,排掉泵内介质
●ArrangethemeetingafterthecommissioningworkforanalyzetheresultsofcommissioninginordertoconfirmtheresponsibilityofthePunch-listandthetimewhentheproblemsolved.Ifitisfailure,thecommissioningshouldberepeatedaccordingtotherequirement.
组织调试总结会,编写遗留问题单确认遗留问题的责任方和消除时间。
如果此次调试未成功,要根据需要重新进行调试。
