广东重工建设监理有限公司(原名广东省重工业设计院监理部,以下简称“重工监理”)始创于1991年,是广东省内最早开展监理业务单位之一,也是广东省内最具技术力量的省级单位之一。
重工监理于1994年取得经建设部批准的国家甲级监理资质,于2001年取得建设部认定的甲级工程招标代理资质,2009年取得经国家住房与城乡建设部批准的监理行业最高级资质:
综合资质。
重工监理与重工设计院共用一套技术研发平台,重工设计院与重工监理共同积累下来的技术研发平台足以保证各种工程实践技术难关的攻克。
经过数十载的服务实践经验积累,重工监理目前拥有专业人员现有专业人员460人,其中高级工程师、高级经济师61人,工程师154人,国家注册监理工程师72人,国家注册造价工程师15人,其它建筑类工程师30人,硕士10人。
专业技术骨干大部分从事过多年的工程设计与项目管理工作,具有较强的技术解决能力与项目管理能力!
公司自成立以来,重工人艰苦奋斗、锐意进取、以质量求效益、以信誉求发展,创造了一个又一个工程奇迹,获得一个又一个的嘉奖证书。
到目前为止,本公司承接的监理项目四百多项,总建筑面积七百多万平方米,总造价三百多亿元。
其中,在近五年的获奖项目中,属于国家级的奖项有兴丰生活垃圾卫生填埋场工程获国家优质工程金质奖,凯旋新世界L4区工程获国家优质工程银质奖,中海蓝湾工程获詹天佑大奖优秀住宅小区金奖等,属于广东省、广州市级别的获奖项目多达数十项。
目前我公司的经营范围为房屋建筑工程、冶炼工程、矿山工程、化工石油工程、水利水电工程、电力工程、农林工程、铁路工程、公路工程、港口与航道工程、航天航空工程、通信工程、市政公用工程、机电安装等工程监理与代建服务;与工程建设有关的招标(采购)的代理;及以上相关的技术咨询、技术服务等。

Thelatest(4/04and5/04)versionsoftheHongKongBuildingEnvironmentalAssessmentMethod(HK-BEAM),onecoveringnewbuildingsandtheotherexistingbuildings,havebeenformallylaunchedin2005.ThepaperdescribesthebuildingenergyperformanceassessmentmethodintheselatestHK-BEAMversions.Withtheuseoftheenergybudgetapproach,theassessmentframeworkisapplicabletoawiderangeofbuildingsthatmaycomprisedifferentmixesofpremisestypes.Thenewschemeprovidesbonuscreditsforprovisionsthatallowutilizationofrenewableenergysources.Forexistingbuildings,itmakesallowancesforplantperformancedegradationandconstraintstoimplementationofimprovementmeasuresinexistingbuildings.Sofar,thenewassessmentmethodhasbeenappliedtosixbuildingdevelopments,includingcommercialcomplexesandresidentialdevelopments.Theassessmentresultsarepresentedanddiscussedinthepaper.

Thepresentstudyinvestigatedseveralsmalldairies,locatedinmountainareasofNorthernItaly,withtheaimtoidentifycriticalfactorsthatarefrequentlyneglecteddespitetheirpotentiallydecisiveroleinimprovinghygienestandardsofdairyprocessingandworksafety.Theresultshighlightedthestructuralandproceduralaspectsinvolvedinsanitaryrequirementsoftraditionaldairyproduction.
Ouranalysishasmadeitclearthatprocessingenvironmentisofteninadequatelyprotectedfromexternalcontamination,anddesignandrealisationofbuildingsisnotsuitableforfoodprocessingrequirements.Forexample,themaincriticalpointsforfoodsafetyinrelationtobuildingstructureareindoorlayoutofadairy,andcoatingmaterialsforfloorsandwallsthat,althoughsmoothandwashable,donotwithstandchemicalattack,environmentalconditions,andmechanicalstress.Fromaproceduralpointofview,cleaningoperationsarenotcarriedoutthoroughly,andworkingpracticesarehygienicallydeficient.

Inthiswork,amodelcomprisingapulpmill,asawmill,adistrictheatingnetworkandabiofuelupgradingplantisusedtodemonstratehowtheMINDmethod,anoptimizationmethodbasedonmixedintegerlinearprogramming,canbeusedtoevaluateindustrialsymbiosisintheforestindustry.Usingthismethod,bothenergyandmaterialflowsonboththesupplyandthedemandsidecanbestudiedsimultaneously.Themethodcanbeusedtofindimprovementsinthestructureofthemodelledsystem,tofindtheoptimaloperationalstrategyofagivensystem,andtoevaluateandcomparedifferentsystems.Thetotalsystemcostsforstand-alonecasesandintegratedindustrialsymbiosissystemconfigurationarecompared,generatingresultsthatcanbeusedasdecisionsupportwhenplanningindustrialsymbiosisinitiativesintheforestindustry.Theresultsofthisstudyshowedthattherearefinancialbenefitstoindustrialsymbiosiscomparedtothesamesystemoperatedinstand-alonemode,andthattheindustrialsymbiosisconfigurationgeneratesamorestablesystem.However,itisdifficulttogeneralizetheresultsfromacasestudy,andthemainconclusiondrawnisthatitispossibletoshowthatindustrialsymbiosishaseconomicalbenefits,althoughthemagnitudeofthesebenefitsneedstobeevaluatedfromcasetocase.
