Thispaperintroducestheprincipleoffrequencycontrolheatingsystem,focusesonthestructuralfeaturesofPLCcontrolsystem,andsystemhardwareandsoftwaredesign.

One,Introduction
Withtherapiddevelopmentoftheinformationage,environmentalprotection,waterandenergysavingisnolongeraregionaltopic.Accordingtonationalstatisticsfromrelateddepartments,ACmotors,pumpsandloadfor40%ofthecountry'stotalpowerconsumption,solargeawiderangeofpumpsandmachineryisoneofthekeyareasofenergyefficiency.Asenvironmentalissuesbecomeincreasinglyacceptedbythepeopleinmajorcitiesisgraduallyheatingthedispersionoftheoriginalintoacentralheatingsystem.Bythemicrocontrollerandrelaysandothercontrolsystemcomposedofshortlife,systemfailurerate,isboundbyasimplefunctiontothecomputer,andflexible,theadvantagesofuniversalsetofoneofthedevicesreplaced.ThecurrentPLCelectricalcontrolsystemhasbecomethemostwidelyusedheartdevices.Itnotonlycanimplementcomplexlogiccontrol,butalsotocompletetheorderortimingofvariousclosed-loopcontrolandhighreliability,goodstability,stronganti-interference,intheharshenvironmentalongtime,uninterruptedoperation,andprogrammingSimple,easymaintenance,andisequippedwithvariouscommunicationinterfacesandmoduleprocessing,canbeeasilyconnectedatalllevels.

ThesystemisPLCreal-timedevicemonitoringsystem.20Circulatingwaterpumps,16setsofconstantpressureupwaterpumpstoPLC'stimefromthestopcontrol,includingthestandbypump(pump,constantpressureupwaterpumps)inthetimeswitch,pumpthefrontoftheflowsignaldetectionandalarm,pumpoverloadshort-circuitfaultalarm.
The36pumpelectricalcontrolandprotectiondeviceswereinstalledin7surfacecounters,thefollowingdetaileddescriptionofthefirstcabinetofthecontrolsurfaceandtheinitialcomponentselection.Principlesoftheremainingcabinetfeaturessidewiththefirstcabinet.
Thefirstcontrolobjectsurfacepowerdistributionequipment,includingtwo2.2kWpumpsandconstantpressureup3setsofcirculatingwaterpump.PumpupworkasasetpressurevaluewithacomparisontoPIDregulatoroutput,anddriveupconstantpressurewaterpumpwork.PLCtimetoundertwopumpswitch,thespecificprocessforthefirstfrequencyconvertersoftstop,stopreceivingthetransducersignaltheendofthepumpdisconnectcontactorcurrentwork,whilesparepumpcontactortoconnectoperationsthenstarttheinverter,theswitchtocompletetheworkofthemainstandbypump.Theswitchingtimecanbesetasneeded(usingprogrammingdeviceorlaptoptothePLCwithintheoriginalsetofswitchingtimeparameterchanges).Twopumpcontactorforelectricalinterlocking.PLCdetecttheswitchingstateofallcontacts.
Becausetheinverterhasashortcircuit,overloadprotection,sowhenthecurrentinverterdrivenpumpfailureoccurswhentheconverterwillautomaticallycutoffapowersupplycircuit,intotheprotectionofthestateandtheoutputalarmsignal.PLConthealarmsignaldetection,andthentosparepumpinput.SpecificprocessforthePLCafterthefirstalarmsignalisdetectedoffthecurrentpumpcontactor,aftertheinverterreset,andthenconnectedback-pumpcontactor,starttorunback-pumpinverter.Whiletheoutputofthepumpfailurealarmsignal.
Thecabinetalsoincludes3setsof30kWpump,adual-useequipmentforthework,carriedoutbythePLCaccordingtothetimetherotationof3waterpumpsworkingswitch.Asthecirculatingpumpisnotcontrolledbyinverter,thePLConlyneed3setsofpumpswereontimeandthedisconnectcontactorcanbeconnectedtooperate.ElectricalprotectioncomponentsusedGV3,GV2motorprotectionswitch.Motorprotectionswitchwithreleaseoftheindicator,whenthewaterpumpshortcircuit,overload,etc.forreleasewhenthemotorprotectortoprotectandoutputalarmsignal,PLCtodetectthesignaltocutoffthepumpandstandbypumpcontactorcontactorconnected,runthestandbypump.Pumpfailurealarmalsoissuedinstructions.PLCsimultaneousdetectionofallthepumpcontactorswitchstate.
Allcirculatingpumpsareinstalledintheoutletwaterflowsensors,PLCtodetecttheflowsensoroutputsignal,todeterminewhetherthewaterpumpstartsoutput,andnormalworkinstructionsorabnormalalarmindicator.Twoconstantpressurewaterpumpupapublicwatersensorworksibid.
Thesystemhasanumberofelectriccontrolvalve,itsdistributionbythesupplycontrolcabinet,operationcontrolofitsinstallationincontrolcabinetfromthesurfaceoftheinstrumentweathercompensatorcontrol.PLCtocontrolitspowercircuit.Whentheelectriccontrolvalvecorrespondingtooneorafewcirculatingpumpshutdownorfailure,theelectriccontrolvalvewillnotbeabletoopen.
SystemSettingsmanualautomaticconversionselectorswitch.PLCwillswitchthestateofthereal-timedetection,whenyouselectmanualfunctions,PLConlyforsignaldetection,faultalarmandpowersupplycircuitwiththeelectricvalveinterlock.Allpumpsswitchesandswitchstart-stopconverterinstalledinthecontrolcabinetbythemanualbuttoncontrolpanel.WhenyouselectautomaticstateofallcontrolandalarmbythePLCtocomplete.

Countersoneachsidebytheconstantpressurepumpdirectcontrolinverter,inverterinstalledinthecontrolcabinet,twopublicaconstantpressurewaterpumpconverter,twopumpelectricalinterlock.Start-stopcontroloftheinverterisdividedintomanualandPLCcontrol.Thereisonepressuresensortransducerinputsignal(feedbackamount),allthewaypotentiometersignal(referencevolume),three-wayswitchvolume(two-wayroadfromthestopsignalandresetsignal).Therearetwooutputsignal(alongfaultprotectionalarmsignal,lowerthan5Hzrunsignal).Inverterparkingparkingaresoft,manualcontroltostopwhenthecounterhastwobuttons,oneforthesub-contactoroffbutton,asoft-stopbuttonfortheinverter.Notethatbecauseofthefrequencyconvertersoftparkingparkingarelocated,sowhenthemanualstopbuttonshouldpressthesoft-stop,softstopandthendisconnectthecontactorend(thistimefromtheactualcasemaybe).Inverterfaultresetsignalisalsoequippedwithmanualandautomatictwo-wayinput.
(2)EachsidecabinethasaweathercompensatortorequiredistributionN=250W230VAC,theinputfromtheexternalsensorinput,outputcontrolelectriccontrolvalve.Weathercompensatortocounterinstallation,includingthesensorinputandcontroloutputneeds,includingatotalof27secondaryterminals.Climatecompensatorwithalarm,alarmlamppowerdistributioncabinetleft.

Pumpstartstheflowswitchtodetectwhetherthereisanywaterafterthepipethrough,ifthepumpisrunningforthedualpurposeofafront-endequipmentisinstalledoneachpumpaflowsensor,atotalofthree.Oroneoftwopumpswithatotalinstalledequipmentisaflowsensor.Specificprocessis:
PLCafterthestartofapump,aftersomedelay(thisdelaycanbesetbasedonexperience),PLCwilldetectthepumpflowsensoroutputsignal,ifthesignalindicativeofthewaterflowisdeterminedPLCpumpfailure,resultinginfailurealarmsignal,whilethepumppowerandthestandbypumppumpputintooperation.
Whenthepipelinepressuretendstosetthevalueofconverteroperatingfrequencyislow,thenthepumpspeedisverylow,theflowswitchmayalsoissuenon-flowsignals.Thisisnotfailure,PLCwilldetectlow-frequencytransduceroutputsignaltodifferent(lessthan5Hzthewaywhentheinverteroutputsignal).
