发信日期一般标在letter右上角。
日期的标注方法
应注意以下几点:
1).年份应完全写出,不能以06代替2006年。
2).月份要用英语名称,即October等,可用公认的缩写形式但May,June,July因为词短不可缩写。
3).日期最好用基数词,简单明了。
4).整个日期写法:
Oct.21,2003或21Oct.,2003
2.Salutation(称呼)
收信人的称呼语,自称一行,低于日期一行的地方,
左边顶格,开头字母大写,末尾用逗号。
