Showsthat,inordertosolvetheproblemoftheneedforeconomicandsocialdevelopmentofhigh-qualitydiversifiedtalent,thepolicyorientationofthenationaleducationstrategyandtheimplementationofeducationstrategiesarethedevelopmentofcollegesanduniversitiesFeaturesagoodopportunitycanseizetheopportunity,therightmomentonaneweraofreformanddevelopmentoftechnologyundergraduatecollegesfacingthenewsituation.
Technicalundergraduatecolleges,universitiesadapttotheurgentneedsoftheeconomicandsocialdevelopmentofhighertechnicaltalentsandproducedatypeofsuchinstitutionstendtoupgradevocationalcollegeoramergerofseveralinstitutions.Althoughaftercontinuousexplorationanddevelopment,hasmademanyeducationalachievement,butthereasontheschoolashorttime,aweakeconomicfoundation,technicalundergraduateinstitutionsreformanddevelopmentisstillnotclearthereareanumberofeducationalphilosophy,specialtydisciplines,thehighleveloflackofqualifiedteachers,schoolcombinedwiththeregionaleconomicandsocialdevelopmentisnottightenough,manyproblemsrestrictingthedevelopmentofschoolcharacteristics,andaresubjecttochallengefromcollege,begantohighlightsomeoftheinternalandexternalcontradictions.
Characteristicistheneweratechnologyundergraduateinstitutionsdealwiththechallenges,theonlywaytowintheopportunitytechnicalundergraduatecollegesonlytoformtheirownschoolcharacteristicsandadvantages,andcomprehensivelyimprovetheoverallstrength,andschoollevel,canbeaccountedforinthefiercecompetitionforcollegesanduniversities,suchastheforesthaveaplace,inordertopromoteschoolhealthyandsustainabledevelopmentofthecharacteristicsofthedevelopmentprocess,technicalundergraduateinstitutionsmustbeclearofuniquecollegesseveralcharacteristics:
First,theuniquenatureoftheschoolcharacteristicsshouldbeuniqueschool,collegesanduniversitiestofollowtherulesofeducation‘sowncreation,quality,featurelevel,istheadvantage,thebasicelementsofqualityeducation,stability,schoolcharacteristicsshouldberelativelystablecharacteristicsofaccumulationandformationofcollegesanduniversitiesinthelong-termpracticeofsponsoringtraditionalcharacteristicsofthebase,fourdevelopment,schoolcharacteristicsisnotonlyrationalconclusion,butalsotoreflectfuturesocialtrendsonthefinetraditionofthepast,isrecognizedschoolcharacteristicsinacompetitiontoproduce,maintainanddevelop,haveacertaininfluenceinthecommunityandwasaccepted.
