――商品库存管理

一、系统设计

按照管理信息系统设计的要求，结合库存管理系统实际，在需求分析的基础上，给出如下设计：

概念结构设计、数据库设计和功能设计。

需求分析

通过对商品管理日常工作的可行性分析和详细调查，确定开发商品库存管理系统。

开发小组经过数据收集、调查研究，明确了该系统的主要功能是：

对仓库中各种商品的名称、种类和数量进行登记，在每次商品购进和销售时由工作人员开出购进单和销售单，登记往来单位和商品信息。

同时购进单和销售单信息需要进行长期保存，并提供简便的查询功能。

概念结构设计

系统的E-R图（图中省略了实体和联系的属性）如下图所示，每个实体及属性如下：

●商品：

商品编号、商品名称、规格、型号、数量；

●往来单位：

往来单位编号、往来单位名称、地址、电话；

●业务员：

业务员编号、姓名、性别、职务、电话；

●购进单：

购进单编号、日期、商品编号、数量、往来单位编号、业务员编号；

●销售单：

销售单编号、日期、商品编号、数量、往来单位编号、业务员编号；

数据库设计

●在E-R图中，有五个实体和六个联系。

因为每个实体可以用一张表表示，而一对多的联系不需要建新表，所以把E-R图转换成数据库的五张表就可以了。

功能设计

●将库存管理系统的功能划分为八个模块：

商品库存查询、购进单录入、销售单录入、购进单查询、销售单查询、商品信息维护、往来单位信息维护和业务员维护。
