本课程教学目的:
培养学生英语综合应用能力,听、说、读、写、译,,特别是加强听说能力,扩大知识面,提高文化素养。
使他们在今后工作和社会交往中能用英语有效地进行口头和书面的信息交流,同时增强其自主学习能力、提高综合文化素质,以适应我国经济发展和国际交流的需要。
本课程教学要求:
1.能听懂英语授课,能听懂一般性英语谈话和一般性题材讲座。
2.能在学习过程中用英语与老师、同学进行交流,并能就某一主题进行讨论。
3.掌握的总词汇量应达到4500个单词和700个词组,其中2000个单词和
500个词组为积极词汇。
本课程教学方法:
教学中充分体现以学生为中心,采用互动式交际教学法,充分调动学生的积极性,主动参与课堂教学活动,使学生由被动接受信息为主动参与交际。
学生创新精神和实践能力培养方法:
本课程注重理论教学与实践教学的有机结合,在教学中以实践和训练为主,最大限度为学生提供实践机会。
充分利用现代化多媒体教学手段进行辅助教学,使大学英语视听说课教学更加形象、直观、生动、活泼。
考核方式:
1.成绩比例,平时考核占30%,期末考核分听力和口语两部分,占70%。
2.平时考核成绩的评定包括出勤、课堂表现和对学生的课堂口头作业的检查评分等三部分构成。
3.期末考核,期末考试每学期安排一次,采取听力和口语独立考试的模式。
听力考试采用传统听力考试的形式,总分40分,口语考试分为两部分,一部分为学生阶段性的自主学习成果展示,总分10分,另一部分是现场口语考试,总分30分。
