1Mo,huaqingisresponsiblefortheMVVGanalysisofMitsubishicivilelevatorindustryinShanghai.

2Tianyeagreedtodealwiththedomesticelevatormarketanalysis,OTanalysisofMitsubishicivilelevatorsector,finalexternalstrategyandsoon.Meanwhile,hewouldalsooffertodotherecordkeeper.

3Huang,yingying,astheprojectmanager,wouldmainlybeinchargeofthegeneralassessmentofthisteamproject.Apartfromthetasks,

1Huang,yingyingproposedtonegotiatewiththebehavioralexpectationsforteamortheproject,whichmightbedefinitelycrucialtotheoverallqualityofourteamproject.

2Afteraheateddiscussion,weconfirmedthescopeofthisprojectandreachedaconsensusfromeveryteammember——MitsubishicivilelevatordevelopmentinChina.

ThenextmeetingscheduledforMonday,8thOctoberwillbeheldinthesamemeetinglocation.Theteammemberswouldbepresentatthenextteammeetingwiththeirfirstversionofsubmission.
