Beforeloadingyourcargointothecontainerstackallyourpackagesinanareathesamesizeasyourtransportunit.Planthestuffingbeforestartingbystackingallpackagestobeplacedinthecontainerinanareathesamesizeasthecontainer.Thiswillhelpyouvisualizewhatextrasecuringorstabilizingmeansarenecessarytostowand/orsecurethecargoproperly.Ensurethatatightstowageisachievedandthataminimumofemptyspaceisleftforcargostomove.Blockoutspaceswhereverpossible.ACTUcompletelyfilledoutwithnofreespacewillrequireaminimumofcargosecuring!

TakecarenottoexceedthemaximumpayloadandthemaximumfloorloadoftheCTU,especiallywhenusingaforklifttrucktomoveyourcargosinandout.
Weightdistribution
Ensurethatyourcargoweightisevenlydistributedthroughoutthecontainerandthattheaxelweightsarenotoverloaded.Foracontainer,notmorethan60%ofthecargoweightmaybedistributedover50%ofthelength.Takecare,especiallywithroundcargoslikesteelcoils,nottooverstressthecontainerfloor.Usetimberbeddingsunderthecoilifnecessary!
