常用技术要求中英对照汇编
1.钢板和型材要求平直。
1.Theplatesandsectionsteelsprofiledbarmustbestraightandflat.
用E4303焊条连续焊接,除注明者外,其余焊缝高度均为10~15mm。
2.WeldcontinuouslywithelectrodeweldingrodE4303.Theseamsshallbe10~15mmhighunlessotherwisespecified.
2.焊后消除内应力,矫正变形,然后加工。
3.Relievetheinternalstressafterwelding,rectifythedeformationbeforeprocessing.

1.锻件不应有夹层、折叠、裂纹、结疤、夹渣等缺陷。

2.加工表面不应有沟痕,碰伤等损坏零件表面,降低零件强度及寿命的缺陷。
2.Nodefectdegradingreducingthecomponentstrengthorservicelifeshallbeallowedonthemachinedsurfaces(e.g.grooves,bruise).
3.经过精加工的配合表面不应有退火现象。

1.图中所有润滑管和分配器位置均为示意图,安装时根据实际情况进行布置.
管路尽量少用连接元件,管子的最小弯曲半径为管径的4倍(R≥d).弯曲处应
保证油路畅通。
弯扁率小于15%。

设备>>(YB9246-92)中的有关规定执行.
6.Thepipingshallbeinstalledinaccordancewith“QualityAssessmentStandardsforMetallurgicalMechanicalEquipmentInstallationWorks–Hydraulic,PneumaticandLubricationEquipment”(YB9246-92).
6.定货时,配管管件长度和管路附件数量在明细表给定的基础上增加15%.
7.Forordering,15%allowanceshallbemadeforthepipelengthandpipefittingsquantity.
7.配管在出厂时应把开口处密封包扎,以防杂物混入。

4.试车前应检查所有螺栓有无松动现象,润滑是否到位,
一切正常后才能做空负荷试车;

4.设备外部颜色按车间统一规定执行;

5.设备出厂前应进行预装,调整和试车、检查和消除故障,至运转正常方能出厂;

1阀门开闭时转动应灵活,无卡阻现象,阀座锥面与阀盖球面应配合研磨,以保证良好的线接触硬密封及定位。

2调节件24中的螺母M100x4就可调节该图中件12碟形弹簧的压缩量,(理论计算组合弹簧压缩量为36mm)从而可达到调节阀门密封力大小的目的。
其密封力以正好能密封住0.2Mpa的压力为宜。
即密封试验压力为0.2MPa时,保压10分钟后其压力降应在0.02MPa左右为宜。
密封试验压力增加到最大为0.25MPa时,阀门能自行开启泄漏,以达到安全保护的作用。
这时的碟形弹簧的压缩量为最佳。
Theamountofcompressionofdiscspring(itempart12)maybeadjustedbyadjustingnutM100x4(itempart24)(theamountofcompressionofcombinedspringis36mmbytheoreticalcalculation),hencethesealingforceofregulationvalveiscontrolled.Thesealingforceispreferablytoseal0.2MPa,whichmeanswhenthesealingtestpressureis0.2MPa,thepressuredropshallbeabout0.02MPaafterthepressureismaintainedfor10minutes.Whenthesealingtestpressureisincreasedto(max.0.25MPa),thevalveshallbeabletoopenautomaticallytorelievethepressureforsafetysake.Theamountofcompressionofdiscspringatthismomentistheoptimum.
3阀门各法兰连接处应涂铁锚牌604液态密封胶.(上海新光化工厂)。
“TIEMAO”604fluidsealant(producedbyShanghaiXinguangChemicalPlant)shallbeappliedatvalveflangeconnections.
4安装时注意调整氮气吹扫控制用的二位三通杠杆滚轮式机控阀与件58(碰块)的相对位置,保证阀门在关闭位置时,滚轮不得被压下。
Forinstallation,attentionsshallbepaidtotherelativepositionofTwo-position-three-wayleverrollervalve(mechanically-controlled)mechanicalleverlimitswitchtoitempart58(bumpingblock)tomakesuretherollerisnotpresseddownduringvalveclosing.
5安装件49(接近开关支架)时,现场在调整好接近开关的感应距离后再焊在底座上,并可通过件5微调感应距离。
Toinstallitempart49(supportofproximityinductiveswitch),firstadjusttheinductiondistanceoftheproximityinductiveswitchonsite.Itispossibletotunetheinductiondistancebyitempart5.
6以上各调整要求必须在制造厂完成。

1安装时将杠杆滚轮式机控阀的滚轮与碰块对位后再将件27支架
(二)焊接在底座上,同时注意调整件31与碰块的相对位置,保证阀门在关闭位置时,滚轮不得被压下.

2件37用于现场制作钢管固定支架用,并将其焊接在底座适当位置,注意不得影响机构动作及安装检修.
ItemPart37shallbeusedasthefixingsupportforpipefabricationonsite.Welditempart37totheproperpositionatthebasetomakesureitwillnotinterferewiththemechanismmovementandinstallationmaintenance.

1.设备装配完后,应进行试运转,要求各转动部分运转灵活.无卡阻.无异常噪音;各发讯.定位元件能准确动作;
Theequipmentshallbetestedtrialrunafterassemblytomakesureallrotatingpartsaremovingfreelywithoutabnormalresistanceandirregularnoise.andallsignalingpartsAllsignaltransmittingpartsandpositioningpartsactaccurately.
2.设备装配完后进行压力试验,要求对件22、26(卷筒箱)进行耐压试验,压力为0.25MPa,十分钟无异常为合格。
气密试验压力为0.2MPa,十分钟后压力降不大于0.02MPa为合格;

3.设备涂装区分.色标按生产厂统一规定执行;

4.设备的安装应符合YBJ208-85标准执行;
TheequipmentshallbeinstalledaccordingtoYBJ208-85.
5.减速机出轴与卷筒轴之间的同心度误差不得大于Ø0.5mm;
TheconcentricitycoaxialityerrorbetweenreduceroutputshaftanddrumshaftshallbenomorethanØ0.5mm.
6.减速机出轴与电机轴之间的同心度误差不得大于Ø0.2mm。
TheconcentricitycoaxialityerrorbetweenreduceroutputshaftandmotorshaftshallbenomorethanØ0.2mm.
7.上下箱安装时结合面涂上高温密封胶。
Forupperandlowerboxinstallation,applyhigh-temperatureliquidsealantontothejointingsurface.

本件选用减速机ZSY160-56-VII型,仅在减速机的输出轴上加工一螺纹孔M12深35。
