在西方,人们的全名往住由三部分组成:
givenname(名)+middlename(中间名)+familyname(姓)。
中间名又叫教名,往往可以省略。
注意:
名在前,姓在后,Mr.、Mrs.和Miss要和姓连用,而不能和名(givenname)连用。
而中国人的全名由两部分组成:
familyname(姓)+givenname(名)。
姓在前,名在后。
学习时要注意英汉两种文化的差异。
称呼某人时,要说Mr./Mrs./Miss+familyname,如:
