ZXD5000100Aisakindofhigh-frequencyswitchingrectifierdevelopedbyZhongXingTelecomforcommunicationpowersupply.Adoptingtheadvancedswitchingrectifiertechniqueintheworldwith3-phase380VACratedinputand48VDC100Anominaloutput,itconstitutesthebasiccomponentforZXDU600600A,ZXDU15001500A,ZXDU30003000Acombinedpowersupplysystems,whichcanbewidelyusedinthefieldoftelecom,suchasinvariousexchangesystems,microwavecommunication,andopticalfibertransmission.

●Advancedmodulardesign,withsoftwareandhardwarecurrentequalizationfunctionthatcarriesoutautomaticcurrentequalizationofmultipleparallel-connectedsystems.
●WithCPUandliquidcrystaldisplaymodules,whichindicatevariousreal-timeparametersoftherectifier.
●Settingprotectionandalarmparametersthroughthekeyboardontherectifierpanel,toadjustoutputvoltage.

2.4Internalprotectivefunctions
2.4.1ACinputprotection
WhenACinputvoltageisover-high>437VAC,orover-low<304VAC,therectifierwillshutdownandsendalarm,whichwillrecoveroperationautomaticallyundernormalACinput.
WithACinputlackinphase,therectifierwillautomaticallyadjustcurrentlimitingpointto30Atoprotecttherectifier.
Lightningprotectiveandvoltagesurgeprotectivecircuitsaresetwithintherectifier.
Overcurrentprotectiveswitchissetatrectifierinput,whichwillbreakoffunderovercurrentconditionstoprotecttherectifier.
2.4.2DCoutputprotection
WhenDCoutputvoltageisoverhigh,therectifierwillshutdown,withalarmgivenandlockclosed.Manualrestartisrequiredafterremovalofthefailure.
Thesystemcanstopandautomaticallyrecoverforoutputmomentaryshortcircuit.Ifthedurationlastsover0.6second,thesystemwilllockupandsendalarmsignal.
Overcurrentprotectionswitchissetattherectifieroutput,whichwillcuttherectifierfromthesystemwhenovercurrentoccurswithoutputswitchduetoloadfaultorinternalfaultofrectifier.
2.4.3Otherprotections
Whenthemainheatradiatorintherectifierhastemperatureover65℃(abletobesetbysoftware),outputwilllowerto50%oftheload;whenthemainheatradiatorhastemperatureover75℃(abletobesetbysoftware),therectifierwillshutdownwithalarmgiven.Manualrestartisrequiredinthelattercase.
Whenfailureoccurswiththefanofrectifier,theoutputcurrentlimitingpointwillautomaticallylowerto50Awithalarmgiven.

Firstthroughinputswitch,thenthroughEMIfilteringcircuit,3-phaseACinputwillenterrectifyingcircuit,wherelimitingsurgecurrentcircuitandpowerfactorrectificationcircuitaresettogainarelativesmallstartingsurgecurrentaswellasahighpowerfactorwiththerectifierinput.TheDCvoltageafterrectificationisabout540VDCundernormalcondition,toprovideforbackstagepowertransformingcircuit.
PowertransformingcircuittransformshighvoltageDC540VDCintopulse-widthmodulatedhighfrequencysquarewave,whichisagaintransformedintolowvoltageDCsquarewavethroughisolatedconversioninthehighfrequencytransformer,andfinallyintostableDCvoltage40VDC60VDCafterrectificationandfiltering.TraditionalPWMswitchingmodeisinoperationwhenthepresentloadisunder40%oftheratedload;thezerovoltageresonanceswitchingmodeisadoptedwhenthepresentloadisoverthatamount,withrelativelowswitchinglossandelectromagneticinterference.
Thegenerationofpowersupplyphase-shiftoscillationaswellastheadjustmentofclosedloopfeedbackisfulfilledbythephase-shiftresonancecontrolcircuit.ClosedloopadjustmentofcertainfrequencyresponseisfulfilledbycomparisonoftheDCvoltageandcurrentfeedbacksignalswiththeratedvalues.Thesewillbetransformedintotwogroupsofpulse-widthmodulationPWMsignalswithphase-shifttoprovideforthemaincircuit,bymeansofwhichthepowersupplywillscoretheregulatedvoltagestability,specialfeaturesbeyondcurrentlimitation,andtherequireddynamicfeatures.Besides,thecontrolcircuitfulfillsthesoftstartcontrolofpowertransformingcircuit,overcurrentprotectionofinputcurrentandoutputcurrentofmaincircuit,aswellasovervoltageandshortcircuitprotectionofoutputvoltage.
Singlechipprocessorcircuitcarriesoutreal-timecollectionofpowersupplyparameters,andcontrolsitsnormaloperation.Itreceivescommandfromkeyboard,adoptsLCDtodisplaythereal-timedataandcontrolmenuofpowersupply,transmitsdataandalarminformationtothemonitorandcontrolmodule,
