第一篇地基基础
一、基础
《建筑地基基础设计规范》GB50007—2002
10.1.8施工完成后的工程桩应进行竖向承载力检验。
4.1.4桩身混凝土应满足下列要求:
混凝土强度等级不得低于C15,水下灌注混凝土时不得低于C20,混凝土预制桩尖不得低于C30。
二、边坡、基坑支护
《建筑地基基础设计规范》GB50007—2002
4.3.1喷射混凝土的设计强度等级不应低于C15;对于竖井及重要隧洞和斜井工程,喷射混凝土的设计强度等级不应低于C20;喷射混凝土1d龄期的抗压强度不应低于5MPa。
钢纤维喷射混凝土的设计强度等级不应低于C20,其抗拉强度不应低于2MPa。
4.3.3喷射混凝土支护的厚度,最小不应低于50mm。
最大不宜超过200mm。

3.7.2基坑边界周围地面应设排水沟,对坡顶、坡面、坡脚采取降排水措施。
3.7.3基坑周边地面严禁超堆荷载。
3.7.5基坑开挖过程中,应采取措施防止碰撞支护结构、工程桩或扰动基底原状土。
《建筑边坡工程技术规范》GB50330—2002
15.1.2对于土方开挖后不稳定或欠稳定的边坡,应根据边坡的地质特征和可能发生的破坏等情况,采取自上而下、分段跳槽、及时支护的逆作法或部分逆作法施工。
严禁无序大开挖、大爆破作业。
第二篇建筑部分
一、基本规定
《民用建筑设计通则》GB50352--2005
4.2.4栏杆。
凡阳台、外廊、室内回廊、内天井、上人屋面及室外楼梯等临空处应设置防护栏杆,并应符合下列规定:
栏杆应以坚固、耐久的材料制作,并能承受荷载规范规定的水平荷载;栏杆高度不应小于1.05m,高层建筑的栏杆高度应再适当提高,但不宜超过1.20m,不应低于1.10m;栏杆离楼面或屋面0.10m高度内不应留空;有儿童活动的场所(如阳台),栏杆应采用不易攀登的构造,栏杆的垂直杆件间距不应大于0.11m,放置花盆处必须采取防坠落措施。
4.5.2窗台低于0.9m时,应采取防护措施。
低窗台的防护措施应从可踏面计算防护高度。
窗台的有效防护高度应保证净高0.9m,距离楼(地)面0.45m以下的台面、栏杆等容易造成无意识攀登的可踏面,不应计入窗台净高。
4.7.1楼地面、楼地面沟槽,管道穿楼板及楼板接墙面处应严密防水、防渗漏。
6.14.1管道井、烟道、通风道和垃圾管道应分独立设置,不得使用同一管道系统,并应用非燃烧体材料制作。
在安全、防火和卫生方面互有影响的管道不应敷设在同一竖井内。
3.2.20联营商场内的连续排列店铺设计应符合下列规定:
饮食店的灶台不宜面向公共通道,并应有良好的排烟通风设施;个店铺的隔墙、吊顶的饰面材料和构造不得降低。
商场建筑物的耐火等级规定,并不得任意添加设计规定以外的超载物。
4.1.3住宅楼梯踏步宽度不应小于0.26m,踏步高度不应大于0.175m。
扶手高度不应小于0.9m,楼梯水平段栏杆长度大于0.50m时,其扶手高度不应小于1.05m,楼梯栏杆垂直杆件间净距不应大于0.11m。
楼梯井净宽大于0.11m时,必须采取防止儿童攀爬的措施。
4.2.3住宅的公共出入口位于阳台、外廊及敞开楼梯平台的下部时,应采取设置雨罩等防止物体坠落伤人的安全措施。
二、无障碍设计
7.4.1供残疾人使用的门应符合下列规定:
应采用自动门,也可采用推拉门、折叠门或平开门,不应采用力度较大的弹簧门;在旋转门一侧应另设残疾人使用的门;轮椅通行门的净宽应符合下表规定:

乘轮椅者开启的推拉门和平开门,在门把手一侧的墙面,应留有不小于0.5m的墙面宽度;乘轮椅者开启的门扇,应安装视线观察玻璃、横置把手和关门拉手,在门扇的下方应安装高0.35m的护门板;门扇在一只手操纵下应易于开启,门槛高度以及门内外地面高差应不大于15mm,并应以斜面过度。
7.7.1在公共建筑中配备电梯时,必须设无障碍电梯。
电梯厅的深度不应小于1.80m;呼叫按钮的高度的为0.90~~1.10m,电梯厅显示电梯运行层数表示的规格不应小于50*50mm,在电梯入口的地面设置提示盲道标志,告知视觉残疾者电梯的准确位置和等候地点。
供残疾人使用的电梯,电梯门开启后的净宽不应小于0.80m,轮椅进入电梯箱的深度不应小于1.40m。
7.8.1公共厕所无障碍设施与设计要求应符合下表规定:

安全抓杆
1、安全抓杆直径应为30~40mm
2、安全抓杆内侧应距墙面40mm
3、抓杆应安装坚固
7.10.1、设有客房的公共建筑应设无障碍客房,其设施与设计要求应符合下表要求:

三、卫生间
3.0.3、建筑地面采用的材料应按设计要求和规范的规定使用,并应符合国家标准的规定;进场材料应有中文质量合格证明文件、规格、型号及性能检测报告,对重要材料应有复检报告。
4.7.1建筑物的公用厕所、盥洗室、浴室应符合下列规定:
1、上述用房不应布置在餐厅、食品加工、食品储存、配电及变电等有严格卫生要求或防潮要求用房的直接上层;2、楼地面、楼面沟槽,管道穿楼板及楼板接墙面处应严格防水、防渗漏。
3.0.6、厕浴间和有防滑要求的建筑地面的板块应符合设计要求。
3.0.15、厕浴间、厨房和有排水要求的建筑地面面层浴水连接的各面层的标高应符合设计要求。
4.10.10、厕浴间防水隔离层严禁渗漏,坡向应正确、排水通畅。
8.3.4、饰面砖黏贴必须牢固。
四、铝合金门窗及隐框全玻璃幕墙
《塑料门窗工程技术规程》 JGJ103-2008
3.1.2门窗工程有下列情之一时,必须使用安全玻璃:
1面积大于1.5m2的窗玻璃;
2距离可踏面高度900mm以下的窗玻璃;
3与水平面夹角不大于75°的倾斜窗,包括天窗、采光顶等在内的顶棚;
47层及7层以上建筑外开窗。
6.2.8建筑外窗的安装必须牢固可靠,在砖砌体上安装时,严禁用射钉固定。
6.2.19推拉门窗必须有防脱落装置。
6.2.23安装滑撑时,紧固螺钉必须使用不锈钢材质,并应与框扇增强型刚或内衬局部加强钢板可靠连接。
螺钉与框扇连接处应进行防水密封处理。
7.1.2安装门窗、玻璃或擦拭玻璃是,严禁手攀窗框、窗扇、窗梃和窗撑;操作时,应系好安全带,且安全带必须有坚固牢靠的挂点,严禁把安全带挂在窗体上。
8.2.2 屋面玻璃必须使用安全玻璃。
当屋面玻璃最高点离地面的高度大于3m时,必须使用夹层玻璃。
用于屋面的夹层玻璃,其胶片厚度不应小于0.76mm。
9.1.2 地板玻璃必须采用夹层玻璃,点支承地板玻璃必须采用钢化夹层玻璃。
钢化玻璃应进行均质处理。

3.1.4隐框和半隐框玻璃幕墙,其玻璃与铝型材的粘结必须采用中性硅酮结构密封胶;全玻幕墙和点支承幕墙采用镀膜玻璃时,不应采用酸性硅酮结构密封胶粘结。
3.1.5硅酮结构密封胶和硅酮建筑密封胶必须在有效期内使用。
3.6.2硅酮结构密封胶使用前,应经国家认可的检测机构进行与其相接触材料的相容性和剥离粘结性试验,并应对邵氏硬度、标准状态拉伸粘结性能进行复验。
检验不合格的产品不得使用。
进口硅酮结构密封胶应具有商检报告。
4.4.4人员流动密度大、青少年或幼儿活动的公共场所以及使用中容易受到撞击的部位,其玻璃幕墙应采用安全玻璃;对使用中容易受到撞击的部位,尚应设置明显的警示标志。
6.3.1安装在易于受到人体或物体碰撞部位的建筑玻璃,如落地窗、玻璃门、玻璃隔断等,应采取保护措施。
6.3.2保护措施应视易发生碰撞的建筑玻璃所处的具体部位不同,分别采取警示(在视线高度设醒目标志)或防碰撞设施(设置护栏)等。
对于碰撞后可能发生高处人体或玻璃坠落的情况,必须采用可靠的护栏。
7.1.6全玻幕墙的板面不得与其他刚性材料直接接触。
板面与装修面或结构面之间的空隙不应小于8mm,且应采用密封胶密封。
7.4.1采用胶缝传力的全玻幕墙,其胶缝必须采用硅酮结构密封胶。
8.1.2采用浮头式连接件的幕墙玻璃厚度不应小于6mm;采用沉头式连接件的幕墙玻璃厚度不应小于8mm。
安装连接件的夹层玻璃和中空玻璃,其单片厚度也应符合上述要求。
8.1.3玻璃之间的空隙宽度不应小于10mm,且应采用硅酮建筑密封胶嵌缝。
9.1.4除全玻幕墙外,不应在现场打注硅酮结构密封胶。
10.7.4当高层建筑的玻璃幕墙安装与主体结构施工交叉作业时,在主体结构的施工层下方应设置防护网;在距离地面约3m高度处,应设置挑出宽度不小于6m的水平防护网。
第三篇结构部分
一、模板
4.1.3模板及其支架拆除的顺序及安全措施应按施工技术方案执行。

3.0.2组成大模板各系统之间的连接必须安全可靠。
3.0.4大模板的支撑系统应能保持大模板竖向放置的安全可靠和在风荷载作用下的自身稳定性。
地脚调整螺栓长度应满足调节模板安装垂直度和调整自稳角的需要,地脚调整装置应便于调整,转动灵活。
3.0.5大模板钢吊环应采用Q235A材料制作并应具有足够的安全储备,严禁使用冷加工钢筋。
焊接式钢吊环应合理选择焊条型号,焊缝长度和焊缝高度应符合设计要求;装配式吊环与大模板采用螺栓连接时必须采用双螺母。
6.1.6吊装大模板时应设专人指挥,模板起吊应平稳,不得偏斜和大幅度摆动。
操作人员必须站在安全可靠处,严禁人员随同大模板一同起吊。
6.1.7吊装大模板必须采用带卡环吊钩。
当风力超过5级时应停止吊装作业。
6.5.1大模板的拆除应符合下列规定:
6起吊大模板前应先检查模板与混凝土结构之间所有对拉螺栓、连接件是否全部拆除,必须在确认模板和混凝土结构之间无任何连接后方可
