Afteracoupleofweeks,manypartsofmylifebecamesomuchclearer.IbegantounderstandthatI,myself,ammyworstenemy,whichwasprettyfrightening.But,althoughfrightened,IknewthatitwasonlyIwhocouldguidemetowardsfeelingbetter,andthatwasextremelyempowering.
Ihavebeenguidedtowardsahealthiermindset,onethatispositiveandpowerful.Ihavebeenabletounderstandthatnomatterwhathappensinmylife.Iwillalwaysbeokay.
Alotofpeopledonotunderstandthatitisnormaltohavenegativefeelingsandsometimestofeellikewehavelostcontrolovercertainpartsofourlives.SeeingatherapistcangreatlychangeyourwayofthinkingaboutsomethingifyoukeepyourmindopenandIamsothankfulthatIdecidedtogoanddosomethingformyself.
