Abstract
Asthedevelopmentofthesociety,thequalityofpeoplehasbeenimprovedalot.Insomeway,thequalityofteachersalsohasbeenimprovedcomparedwiththetimebefore.Althoughtheequipmentofeducationandtheresourcesoftheteachershavechangedalot,moreandmorestudentsbecomeunwillingtostudy.SomeofthemevenQuitschool!
Manyreasonsresultinthisphenomenon.Aimingatthis,mystudywillstandfromtheviewofateacher,andpaymoreattentiontothedetailsofteachingtodiscusstheimportanceofclassatmosphereforEnglishteaching,andproposesomeadviceforcreatinggoodclassatmosphere.

I.Introduction
1.1Thebackgroundofthisstudy
Comparedwiththepast,thecurrentsocialeducationresourceshavegotaqualityleap.However,moreandmorestudentsbecomeunwillingtostudy.Accordingtothesurvey,15%~29%ofthestudentsofelementaryschoolhavelearningproblems,andthenumberofDifficultstudentshasincreased.Thecausesofthisphenomenoncanbeattributetothestudents'individualpsychology,parents’demand,theschoolrequirements,teachers'quality,ortotheeducationsystemofthewholesociety.ForEnglishteachers,passingontheknowledgetothestudents,isonlyoneaspectoftheteachingtask.HowtodesigntheTeachingactivities,howtomaketheattentionofstudentsfocusontheEnglishclass,andhowtoarousestudents’interestinstudy,aremoreimportant.Intheory,creatinggoodEnglishclassatmospherehasimportanteffectsonagoodEnglishteaching.tcanstimulatestudents’learningenthusiasmandmakeupthedefectsoftheoreticalteaching,whichishelpfultoimprovenotonlytheabilitiesfortheteacherbutalsothegradesofthestudents.
1.2Themaincontentofthisstudy
Thispaperstudiesthewaysandthemethodstocreateagoodclassatmosphereinelementaryschoolteaching.Thisarticlefocusesontheteacher'sindividualquality,fromtheperspectiveoftheteachersthemselves,putsforwardsomecountermeasuresandsuggestionstocreateagoodclassroomatmosphere,Particularly,theimportanceofteachers’pronunciationandintonation,bodylanguage,Classmanagementability,educationalpsychologyskillsisattachedtotheactivationofcreatingclassroomatmosphere.
II.TheimportanceofclassatmosphereforEnglishteaching
2.1.Promotethedevelopmentofcreativethinking.
Onceproduced,classatmosphereasstudentscollectivemoodtendencycanbecomeakindofrelativelyindependentfactortoeffectthestudent'smood.Thatistosay,students’emotioniseasilycontrolledbycollectivemood.Asweallknow,lively,activeclassatmospherecanmakestudents’cerebralcortexexcited,nwhichstudent’stheperception,memory,canbegreatlyimproved.thisisespeciallyconducivetoteaching.
2.2.Increasethestudents'participationandlearningopportunities.
Ingeneral,thedegreeofstudentsparticipationinteaching,andlearningisgreatlyaffectedbyclassatmosphere.Agoodclassatmospherecanmaketheclassquietoractive,enthusiasticanddignified,andachieveabalancebetweenloosenessandrigorousness.Thatisaharmoniousteachingsituation.Therefore,intheteachingprogresstheteachermustbegoodatcreatingagoodclassatmosphere,thusimprovingtheteachingefficiency.Activeclassatmospherecanmakemostofthestudentsparticipateinteaching,makethecommunicationbetweenteachersandstudentsmoreactiveandnatural.Thiswillhelpallstudentsmakeprogresstogether,it’salsoconducivetoimprovingtheteachingquality.ThefamouseducatorSuchomlinsky,inhisbook《100Suggestionsforteachers》,mentioned:
indifferentstagesoftheteacher'stimeandtheteachinghastheinterdependence,emphaticallyillustratesthesuccessoftheteachingworkcanaffectthenextstageoftheteachingtask.Theauthorbelievesthatteachinginterdependenceisalsoembodiedineachsectionoftheteachingtasks.Goodclassatmosphere,notonlycanbeusedasaperfectstartofalesson,butalsorunstoattractthestudentsinterestinthewholeprocessofEnglishteaching,ForprimaryschoolEnglishteaching,theimportanceofgoodclassroomatmosphereismorecrucialandthefollowingisthereason:
Educationpsychologymentionedthatthetimeforpupilsinelementarytofocusattentionontheclasscanonlylastfor15to25minutes.Goodteachingatmosphere,canlengthentheirattentionspan,ensurethehighefficiencyoftheteachingtask.

III.HowtocreategoodEnglishclassatmosphere
MasterofEnglisheducationLiXianglininHarbinnormaluniversitythinksfirstlyweneedtocreateaharmoniousrelationshipbetweenteachersandstudents,secondly,wemustcreatelivelyclassroomteaching,HuangHong(socialscienceseditorofjournalsofJiangsuinstituteofeducation)thinksthatwemustrespecttheprincipalpositionofstudents;HeJianhua("highschoolcurriculum.Theresearchguidance"),thinksteachersshouldplaytheleadingroleofconductinglessons.stimulatestudents'interestinlearning,encouragestudentstoactivelyparticipateinclassactivitiesaswell.Theauthorthinksthatthequalityofteachersdecidedthesuccessofcreatingagoodclassatmosphere.Weshouldimproveteachers'comprehensivequality,atthesametimeweshouldadoptmoderntoolsandintegratepsychologyforeducationintoourteaching.
3.1Teacher’sskillsandabilities
Teachersastheclassdesignerandpractitionersshouldkeepinmindoftheimportanceofprofessionalcapacity.
3.1.1Thestandardpronunciationandintonation
Tolearnalanguage,thefirstyouneedtodoistohaveagoodpronunciation.WuBing,adistinguishedprofessoratBeijingforeignstudiesuniversity,saidthatlanguageisakindofsounds.Sothevoiceisthebasisformasteringthelanguage.Learningalanguagewillbeginwithavoice,becausenon-standardpronunciationtendstoaffectthevocabularymemory,dailycommunicationaswellasEnglishlearningandreading.thattheywereforcedtostudyEnglishherebytheirparents,notowningtotheirowninterestsTheauthorstartedthetutoringfrombasicEnglish–Phonics,andconductedthewholeclassinverybeautifulandstandardEnglish.Theprimaryschoolstudentscouldn'tunderstandanythingatfirst.Hethenadded:
