iii.Fromthecollegestudents’pointofview,theirpreferredonlineshoppingwebsitesfallintothreemaincategories-BtoCwebsitesspecializinginretail,CtoCwebsitesandportals.Morespecifically,studentsfavorCtoCwebsitessuchasTaobao,Amazon,Ebay,andonlineretailwebsitesuchasDangdang.
iv.Onlineshoppersmainlypurchasemerchandisesatisfyingspiritualandstudyneeds.Thefourleadingmerchandiseboughtonlineareclothes(60%),books(32%),computerandrelevantproducts(30%)andaudio/videoproducts.

Today'semploymentsituationisnotoptimistic.Nearly9%peoplestillcouldnotfindwork.Forthefinalyearundergraduatestudents,theyhavetofacemanyfiercepressures.Graduatestudentsinrecentyearsareinconstantexpansion,andthenumberofeachyear’sgraduatestudentsisincreasinginhugenumber.Employmentpressurehasledtoreducedstandardsofgraduateemployment,whichisboundtooccupyapartofundergraduateemploymentopportunities.What’moregraduateshavehighstandardrequirementsofthecompanytheywillworkin.Theypreferworkingingovernmentagencies,largestate-ownedenterprisesandbettertreatmentofforeign-fundedenterprises.

Eachmemberofourgroupsearchedoneofthefouraspects,collecteddataandinformation.Thentodiscussthedetailsoftheproblemwefindintheprogress.
5.Definitionofgraduateplan
Whenstudentsfinishtheirundergraduatecourses,theyhavetodecidewheretheywillgo.Generally,therearefourwaystheycanforward:
1.StartaCareer
2.Studyaboard.
3.Graduateexamination(Takepartintheentranceexamsforpostgraduateschools).
4.Graduatesentrepreneurship(Establishabusinessbyoneself).
Butbeforetheygraduatefromcollege,theyshouldmakeaplanfortheirfuturewhichisvitalimportantforeveryone’slife-longhappiness.Andinordertomakeasignificantplan,weshouldknowthegeneralsituationofthecountry,thedetailsofeachwaylayingbeforeusandaclearunderstandingofourselves.

1.1Thereasonsforstartingacareer
IntheDifficultemploymentsituation,theemploymentratein2009isabout78%.Thenwhyshouldwechoosetofindajobaftergraduation.Thefollowingarethereasons:
1.Manymajorsneedtopracticeratherthanlearnfurtherknowledge.Workisabetterwaytoimproveone’sprofessionalquality.Thatis,workexperiencecanincreasethevalueoftheindividual.Manygraduatesemphasisthevalueofexperienceandchoosetoworkratherthangoabroadorbeagraduatestudent.
2.Employmentimmediatelyaftergraduationcanreducethefinancialburdenofthefamily,whichisimportantforlow-incomefamilies.Weallknowthat,thecostsofstudyingabroadandfinishingtheGraduate-studyisveryhigh.Besides,theopportunitycostoffurtherstudyisalsoveryhigh.
3.Now,inthebigcitieslikeBeijngandShanghai,highlyeducatedtalentsareovercapacity.Graduateschoolcannotreducethepressureonfutureemployment,tograsptheexistingjobchanceisarelativelysafechoice."
1.2Facingthepressures
However,today'semploymentsituationisnotoptimistic.9%peoplestillcouldnotfindwork.
Forthefinalyearundergraduatestudents,theyhavetofacemanypressures.
1.Firstofall,thepressurefromthecollegeexpansionandthelevelofnationaleconomicdevelopment.ThenumberofChina'scollegestudentshasreached23million,forthefirsttimesurpassedtheUnitedStatesastheworld'slargestnumberofcollegestudentsinthecountry,andthisnumbercontinuestogrow.Thismeansthateachyearmoreandmorenewgraduatestudentswillintothejobmarket.Fromthepointofcountry'seconomicdevelopment,thelevelofGDPgrowthinpreviousyearshasbeenabout9%,butaccordingtoexpertsandscholarsstudy,China’seconomycannotmaintainsuchalevelofoverallgrowth.Asweallknow,eachonepercentagepointeconomicgrowthwillbringalargenumberofnewjobs,thedeclineineconomicgrowthratewillinevitablyleadtoreductioninnewjobs.Thereisnodoubtthatincreasednumberofjobreductionwillbringgreatcompetitiontograduates.
2.Second,thepressurefromthegraduatestudentswhoinvolvedinthecompetition.Graduatestudentsinrecentyearsareinconstantexpansion,andthenumberofeachyear’sgraduatestudentsisincreasinginhugenumber.Employmentpressurehasledtoreducedstandardsofgraduateemployment,whichisboundtooccupyapartofundergraduateemploymentopportunities.
