一、绿色建筑概念
《绿色建筑评价标准》(gb/t50378—2014)给绿色建筑的定义:
“在建筑的全寿命周期内,最大限度地节约资源(节能、节地、节水、节材)、保护环境和减少污染,为人们提供健康、适用和高效的使用空间,与自然和谐共生的建筑。
”
“绿色”是指大自然中植物的颜色,植物把太阳能转化为生物能,是自然界生生不息的生命活动的最基本元素,在中国传统文化中“绿色=生命”。
从概念上讲,绿色建筑主要体现三点:
一是节能,二是减少对环境的污染(减少二氧化碳排放),三是满足人们使用的要求。
“健康”、“适用”、“高效”是绿色建筑的缩影》。
“健康”说明是以人为本;“适用”是指不奢侈浪费、不做豪华建筑;“高效”是指资源的合理利用。
建筑与自然相依相存,注重人的恬静与自然的和谐。
国内外学者、专家在过去的几十年里,虽然对绿色建筑进行了多方面研究,但大多数研究都是对绿色建筑概念的界定,绿色建筑设计、绿色建筑评价标准等方面,从经济角度对绿色建筑研究较少,特别是从建筑生命周期对绿色建筑成本分析,还处在起步阶段。
