内容摘要
“高等学校教学质量和教学改革工程”(以下简称质量工程),是教育部正在制订的《2003-2007年教育振兴行动计划》的重要组成部分,精品课程建设是“质量工程”的重要内容之一,教育部计划用五年时间(2003-2007年)建设1500门国家级精品课程,利用现代化的教育信息技术手段将精品课程的相关内容上网并免费开放,以实现优质教学资源共享,提高高等学校教学质量和人才培养质量。
精品课程是具有一流教师队伍、一流教学内容、一流教学方法、一流教材、一流教学管理等特点的示范性课程,包括六个方面内容:
一是教学队伍建设,要逐步形成一支以主讲教授负责的、结构合理、人员稳定、教学水平高、教学效果好的教师梯队,要按一定比例配备辅导教师和实验教师。
二是教学内容建设,教学内容要具有先进性、科学性,要及时反映本学科领域的最新科技成果。
三是要使用先进的教学方法和手段,相关的教学大纲、教案、习题、实验指导、参考文献目录等要上网并免费开放,实现优质教学资源共享。
四是教材建设。
五是实验建设。
要大力改革实验教学的形式和内容,鼓励开设综合性、创新性实验和研究型课程,鼓励本科生参与科研活动。
六是机制建设。
要有相应的激励和评价机制,鼓励教授承担精品课程建设,要有新的用人机制保证精品课程建设等。
网站开发的工具:
复合材料课程网站的开发使用DreamweaverMX作为网页设计及程序设计的主要工具,使用Photoshop7.0和FireworksMX作为图像及动画的处理工具,网站调试使用WindowsXP自带IIS服务器程序。
网站的设计语言:
复合材料课程网站的设计语言主要用HTML静态语言及ASP动态语言完成。
设计原则:
布局合理,风格一致,简洁明了,构架大方,主次分明,重点突出,功能齐全,操作方便,具体的说,首页是一个网站的面貌,根据心理学中的首因效应,第一印象对人的认知具有强烈的影响,所以首页的可观度是很重要的其次,在内容构架设计上应做到和谐!
美感!
统一,使学习者能够很快接受到信息,掌握导航的技术,再其次,对网上课程社区应分区清晰!
层次清楚,出于不同的目的和需要,师生之间或同学之间可以选择相关的区域进行发言讨论。
综上所述,精品课程建设关系到高校的教育质量,关系到人才培养的质量,精品课课程建设绝不是单纯的教材建设或是简单的“课程设计”,而是一项实实在在的系统质量工程。
建设精品课程最终的成果应体现在学生的学习质量、学生的就业率、学生的创业成功率和学生为社会所能创造的价值上。
精品课程的建设是一项艰巨的任务,有一个长期积累的过程,不可能在短时间内完成,不能一蹴而就,也非一劳永逸。
它需要教师着眼于现实建设、着眼于未来发展,不断更新内容,不断改进方法,使课程始终保持可持续高水平的发展。
要求高校在思想上认识精品课程的重要作用、地位和意义,在制度上形成良性机制与有力保障,在管理上应用现代化手段,在理论与实践上不断研究,在配套工程上形成配合与支撑。

Abstract
“Thecollegequalityofteachingandtheeducationalreformproject”(hereafterreferstoasqualityproject)istheMinistryofEducationdrawsup"2003-2007YearEducationPromotionPlanningforaction"theimportantconstituent,thehigh-qualitygoodscurriculumconstructionisoneofimportantcontentsof“thequalityproject”,theMinistryofEducationplansconstructs1500state-levelhigh-qualitygoodscurriculumwithfiveyearstime(2003-2007year),theusemodernizationeducationinformationtechnologymethodthehigh-qualitygoodscurriculumrelatedcontentsurferandthefreeopening,realizeshighqualityteachingresourcessharing,improvesthecollegequalityofteachingandthepersonneltrainingquality.
Thehigh-qualitygoodscurriculumhasfirst-classcharacteristicandsoonteachertroop,first-classcoursecontent,first-classteachingmethod,first-classteachingmaterial,first-classteachingmanagementdemonstrativecurricula,includingsixaspectcontents:

第一章综述
在Internet飞速发展的今天,互联网成为人们快速获取、发布和传递信息的重要渠道,它在人们政治、经济、生活等各个方面发挥着重要的作用.因此网站建设在Internet应用上的地位显而易见,它已成为政府、企事业单位信息化建设中的重要组成部分,从而倍受人们的重视。
信息网站建设是当前我国信息化建设的一大热点,对于政府部门和企事业单位而言,"政府上网"、"企业上网"的一个重要环节就是要搞好本单位信息网站的建设。
与传统的MIS系统相比,以Intranet技术和信息网站为核心的Web信息系统为我们提供了全新的信息发布、浏览和查询手段,其应用领域可谓无所不及。
随着应用的发展和上网信息量的快速增加,网站信息的安全问题也日显突出。
特别是当其融为Internet的一部分时,任何一家应用单位都不希望存放在信息网站上供内部共享的业务和技术信息被竞争对手轻易获得,也不希望内部用户对网站信息的越权访问或随意在网上发布各类信息。
许多提供有偿服务的信息网站通常针对不同的服务对象(注册用户和非注册用户)开设不同的信息栏目、提供不同范围的信息服务。
