Basedonsingle-chipmicrocomputercontrolledrevolvingscenicLanternPCBdesign
WiththedevelopmentofcomputerpenetrationinthesocialfieldandLSIinrecentyears,microcontrollerapplicationsareconstantlygodeeper,becauseithasa,smallsize,lowpowerconsumption,cheap,reliable,easytousefeaturesparticularlysuitableforthecontrolofthesystem,moreandmorewidelyusedinautomaticcontrol,intelligentinstruments,gauges,dataacquisition,andmilitaryproducts,andhouseholdappliances,SCMisoftenasacorecomponenttouseinaccordingtothestructureofthespecifichardwareandsoftwarecombinationforaspecificapplicationobjectcharacteristics,tomakeperfect.
MultifunctionalrevolvingscenicLanterndesignusingAT98C51chip,displayedeffectusing16aLED,setthreeapress,K1-modekey,bypressadjustmentdisplayedresults,requirementshas8speciesmode;K2-acceleratedkey,improverevolvingscenicLanterndisplayedeffectofspeed;K3-decelerationkey,slowrevolvingsceniclanternofdisplayedeffectspeed;and8speciesmodebyatotalYintypedigitaltubedisplayedout,P0andP1introductionfeetcontrolwith16aLEDofdisplayed,P2.0,andP2.1andP2.2pinistheappropriatekeyingmode,whileP3pincontrolwithdigitaldisplay,achievedbykeyingSCM-relateddisruptions,bycounter/timerT1design-relateddisruptionstoimplementtheK1-functionmodekeyrequirements,delayedandinterruptedprogramstoimplementtherequirementsofthecorrespondingfunction.
1Overview
1.1Thedevelopmentandcurrentstatusofthemicrocontroller
Themicrocontrollerisanintegratedcompletecomputersystemsonasinglechip.Althoughmostofthefunctionalityisintegratedinasmallchip,butithasmostofthecomponentsofacompletecomputer:
CPU,memory,internalandexternalbussystem,mostofwillhaveexternalmemory.Integration,suchascommunicationinterfaces,timers,realtimeclockandotherperipherals.Andnowthemostpowerfulsingle-chipsystemcanevensound,image,network,complexinput-outputsystemisintegratedonasinglechip.
Themicrocontrollerisalsoknownasmicro-controller(Microcontroller),evolvedbyonlyCPUchipdedicatedprocessor.ThefirstdesignconceptbyalargenumberofperipheralsandCPUintegratedinasinglechip,thecomputersystemissmaller,moreeasilyintegratedintocomplexandrequirestrictcontrolequipmentonthevolume.SCMisthemid-1970stodevelopanLSIchip,theCPU,RAM,ROM,I/Ointerface,andinterruptsystemisintegratedonthesamesilicondevices.MCUisusedtocontroltominimizesystemcontrolandmonolithictosimplifysomeofthededicatedinterfacecircuit,suchasprogrammablecounter,phase-lockedloop(PLL),analogswitches,A/DandD/Aconverter,thevoltagecomparatortheveneerdeclineofthesystemcomposedofdedicatedcontrolprocessingfunctions.
SCMisthemostcost-effectiveone,allmicroprocessorwiththetypesofcomprehensive,continuousimprovement,itsapplicationsarealsorapidlyexpanding.Themicrocontrollerintheintelligentinstrument,real-timecontrol,mechatronics,officemachinery,householdappliances,etc.haveconsiderableareasofapplication.Atpresent,the8-bitmicrocontrollersaremainlyusedforindustrialcontrol,suchastemperature,pressure,flow,measurement,andmechanicalprocessing,measurementandcontrolapplications;high-performance16-bitmicrocontrollers(suchastheMCS-96,MK-68200)canbeusedinmorecomplexcomputernetwork.Itcanbesaidthattheapplicationofcomputermonitoringandcontroltechnologyhaspenetratedintothesectorsofnationaleconomies,computermonitoringandcontroltechnologyisaneffectivewaytoimprovethegradeandinnovative.
Throughoutthedevelopmentprocessofthemicrocontroller,canindicatethedevelopmenttrendofthemicrocontroller,therearebasicallythreeaspects,namely:

1.2AT89C51performance
AT89C51isonekindwith8KbytesflashprogrammableSassafrasadditiontotheread-onlymemory(FPEROM-FlashProgramableandErasableReadOnlyMemory),lowvoltage,highperformanceCOMOS8microprocessor,commonlyknownasthemicrocontroller.ThedeviceistheATMELengagedensitynonvolatilememorytechnologymanufacturing,andiscompatiblewithindustry-standardMCS-51instructionsetandoutputpins.
TheAT89C51functionalperformance:
withMCS-51refinedinstructionsetcompatible;the4KBprogrammableFlashmemory;Life:
1000write/erasecycles;dataretentiontime:
10years;FullyStaticOperation0-24MHz;threeprogrammemorylock;256*8BinternalRAM;32programmableI/Oportlines;two16-bittimer/counter;fiveinterruptsources;programmableserialUARTchannels;on-chiposcillatorandpower-downmode.
1.3TheAT89C51eachpinfunctions
TheAT89C51providesthefollowingstandardfeatures:
8KBFlashFlashMemory,256BinternalRAM,32I/Oportlines,two16-bittimer/counters,afivevectortwointerruptstructure,afullduplexserialport,on-chiposcillatorandclockcircuitry,AT89C52canbereducedto0Hzstaticlogicforoperation,andsupportstwosoftwareselectablepowersavingmodes.IdlewaytostoptheCPU,butallowstheRAM,timer/counters,serialcommunicationportandinterruptsystemtocontinueworking,powerdownmodetosavethecontentsofRAM,buttheoscillatortostopworkingandtoprohibitallotherworkuntilthenexthardwarereset.AT89C51inPDIPpackage,andpinconfigurationshowninFigure1.
AT89C51chippinfunctionsas:

2.1.1Resetcircuitdesign
Resetcircuitofsinglechipmachineislikeacomputerrestartsection,panicinwhenthecomputerisinuse,presstheresetbuttoninsidethecomputerprogramsfromthebeginningtoimplement.Single-chip,too,wheninsingle-chipcomputersystemrunning,interferencebytheenvironmentoccurswhenprogramsrunfly,presstheresetbuttoninsidetheprogramautomaticallyfromthebeginningtoimplement.MonolithicresetcircuitasshowninFigure2

Thisdesignsystemusingtheinternalclock,usingsingle-chiphighgaininvertingamplifierinsidetheexternalcircuitJane,onlyneedacrystaloscillatorandthe2capacitors.AsshowninFigure3:
