近日，浙江温岭“幼师虐童事件”引起社会的热议，幼儿教师的师德又一次面对着质疑。

这一反面案例引起我们的深思。

师德是体现教师整体素质的重要指标，是响应时代发展的教育核心，是教育发展的迫切需要，也是高校教师队伍建设的重要内容。

我园即通过由浙江温岭“幼师虐童事件”引发的思考开展全体员工师德建设动员会。

会上，以社会舆论之反面典型做警示教育，痛定思痛，举一反三，从中吸取深刻教训，切实加强和改进教师工作。

并要求全体员工开展自我反省与反思活动，批评与自我批评活动，形成高质量的自我剖析材料并签订“师德师风建设承诺书”，将集中张贴，公开承诺，公示举报电话，自觉接受幼儿及家长、幼儿园和社会的监督。

要求各班组对师德师风和教师依法从教行为立即进行一次全面排查，发现问题及时处置，坚决防止和制止以任何形式伤害幼儿行为的发生。

最后，全体员工通过对教师职业道德规范、员工劳动纪律“十不准”、“十比十看”、“十心五爱”等材料的学习进行自我反思与感悟体会。
