1.Introduction
Solarphotovoltaicpowergenerationisthenewenergyandrenewableenergyimportantconstituent,alongwiththeglobaleconomydevelopment,energyproblemhasbecomeintheprocessofthedevelopmentofanimportantproblem.Nowtheenergystructureinthemainsourceofenergyorfossilfuelssuchascoal,oil,naturalgas,withthedevelopmentofscienceandtechnologyandthegrowthofpopulation,humandemandforenergyisincreasing.Atthesametime,peopletotheimportanceofprotectingtheenvironmentalsohadmoreandmoreclearunderstanding.Currently,duetotheburningoffossilfuels,everyyearhundredsofthousandsoftonsofsulfurandotherharmfulsubstancesintothesky,severelydamagedtheatmosphericozonelayer,intensifiesthegreenhouseeffect,acidrainformationinlocalareas,maketheatmosphereenvironmentsufferedseriouspollution.Ifyoudon'tactivelytakemeasurestoprotecttheecologicalenvironment,willbeaseriousthreattohumansocietylivingspace.Therefore,whetherfromensurelong-termenergysupply,orfromthepointofviewofenvironmentalprotection,thedevelopmentandutilizationofmineandpollution-freenewenergyhasisisimperative.Theseproblemswilleventuallyforcepeopletochangetheenergystructure,lookforcleanalternativeenergysources.Thehumantosolvetheenergyproblemandrealizesustainabledevelopment,canonlyrelyontheprogressofscienceandtechnology,large-scaledevelopmentandutilizationofrenewablecleanenergy.Itispredictedthatbythemiddleofthiscenturyrenewableenergyintheworldenergystructurewillaccountformorethan50%,includingsolarenergy,renewableenergyinthiscenturywillbedevelopingatunprecedentedspeed,graduallybecomethefocusofhumansocialfoundationenergy.Solarenergyhasauniqueadvantage,itsdevelopmentandutilizationinthe21stcenturywillobtaintheconsiderabledevelopmentintheworld,andwilltransfertheenergystructureofbearresponsibility,be2lcenturylaterleadingenergy.
Theworldpvindustryfrom1997to2001,5yearsofaverageannualgrowthof35.5%.The2004worldphotovoltaicbatterycomponentstheproductioncapacityof1194MW,morethan2003yearsof744.26MWincreasedby60.46%.Bytheendof2004,theworldpvpowergenerationtotalinstalledcapacityof4330mw.Theindustrialization,photovoltaicenterpriseproductionscalefrom10-fiftymw/a,developmenttofifty-100mw/a,andisto100-500mw/ascale.Commercializationofcrystallinesiliconpvcellefficiency,increasedfrom10%~13%to13%-17%.Atthebeginningofthenewcentury,manycountrieshavesettheambitiousdevelopmentplanning,andpromotethedevelopmentofphotovoltaictechnologyandindustry.TheUnitedStatesdepartmentofenergynationalpvindustryplanninggoalis,photovoltaicpowergenerationmachine4.7GW;Australiaputforwardin2010,photovoltaicpowergenerationmachine0.75GW.Ifyouaddtodevelopingcountriesinrecentyearshasmaintainedoftheworldtotalpvmodulesinstalledaround10%,itisestimatedthatby2010theworldpvsystemtotalinstalledcapacitywillreach15gw.Thismeansthatthenext5years,theworldpvindustrywillbe28%ofannualaveragespeeddevelopment,becometheworld'sfastestgrowinganindustry.Countriesrenewableenergylawpromulgated,therapiddevelopmentofphotovoltaicroofplan,allkindsofreductionorexemptionoftaxpolicyandsubsidypolicyandgraduallymaturegreenelectricityprice,forthedevelopmentofphotovoltaicmarketprovidesagoodfoundation.
2.Generaldesignrequirements
Duetothesolarpanelsupdatemaintenanceworkmorefrequent,thecurrenthasyettobeabletodispersethesolarpanelsareunifiedmonitoringandmanagementsystem,theestablishmentofsolarpowergenerationfieldremotemonitoringandmanagementofinformationchannel,sothatalargeareaofdispersionmonitoringdatathroughthenetworkequipmenteffectivepolymerizationunifiedstoragemanagement.Analysisandresearch,evaluationofthesolarpanelpowergenerationcapacity,sothescalelargersolarpowerapplication,namelywillappearfaultsolarpanelspositioningdifficultproblem,thisisalsothefieldhasfailedtoeffectivelysolvethemainproblems.
Thisresearchismainlytothephotovoltaicpowergenerationplatereal-timevoltageandtemperaturemonitoringtodeterminephotovoltaicpowergenerationplatenomalfunctionandensurephotovoltaicpowergenerationplateworkinthemaximumpowerpointnear,thissystemisthevoltage,temperaturereal-timedatasenttothedataterminal,thedataterminalprocessingofdata,thendataterminaluseoflowvoltagepowerlinecarriercommunicationmodesenttothejunctionboxcontroller,andthenthedatathroughthe485transmissionwaytosenddatatothePC,soastorealizethePCtotheworkingconditionsofamachinereal-timemonitoring.Duetothecentralstationmonitoringsoftwareoftenneedtohistoricaldataquery,soneedanddatabaseconnection.
Sothemainpurposeofthispaperistovoltageandtemperaturedatacollection,throughtheuseofSTC12C5A60S2seriessinglechipmicrocomputertorealizethefunctionofthecabin,thedatacollection.Asforthevoltageregulatormodule,thenusetheswitchpowersupplyDC-DCforthebloodpressure,soastorealizethevoltageregulator,toensuretheaccuracyofthedata.
3.Manyfactorsaffectthedesign
Thesunshinesonthegroundsolarcellsonthesquareoftheradiationlightspectrum,lightintensityisthethicknessoftheatmosphere(i.e.,airquality),geographicallocation,localclimateandweather,terrain,etc,andtheinfluenceoftheenergyinoneday,Januaryandoneyearhaschangedalot,eveneachyearayearbetweenthetotalradiationalsohavebiggerdifference.Solarcellmatrixphotoelectricconversionefficiency,isthetemperatureofthebatteryitself,thesunisstrongandbatteryvoltagefloating,whiletheeffectofthesethreewithinadaywillchange,sothesolarenergycellmatrixphotoelectricconversionefficiencyisvariable.
Batteryisalsoworkinginfloatchargingcondition,thevoltagewithphalanxpowergenerationandloadpowerconsumptionchanges.Batterytoprovidetheenergybytheinfluenceofthetemperatureoftheenvironment.
Solarbatterycharginganddischargingcontrollerbyelectroniccomponentsmanufacturingandbecome,itisalsoneedtoenergyconsumption,andtheuseofcomponentsoftheperformance,qualityandsoonalsoinrelationtothesizeoftheenergyconsumption,thusaffectingthechargingefficiency,etc.
Thepoweroftheload,anddependingontheuseanddecide,suchascommunicationrelaystation,andnooneweatherstation,etc.,havefixedequipmentpowerconsumption.Andsomeequipmentsuchaslight,beaconlight,civillightingandhouseholdequipment,powerconsumptionisoftenhavechange.Therefore,solarenergypowersupplysystemdesign,needtoconsidermanyfactorsandcomplicated.Featuresare:

Thedesigner'staskisto:
insolarcellphalanxsurroundingsconditions(i.e.thegeographicallocation,thesunradiationenergy,climate,weather,terrainandfeatures,etc.),thedesignofsolarbatteryphalanxandbatterypowersupplysystemshouldnotonlypayattentiontotheeconomicbenefitandtoensurethehighreliabilityofthesystem.
Aparticularlocationofthesunradiationenergydatatometeorologicalobservatoryprovidematerialasthebasisforthedesignofsolarcellswithsquare.Themeteorologicaldataneedtotakeaccumulatedforyears,orevendecadesofmeanvalue.Ontheearthinthelightofthesunandradiantenergybychangingperiodfor24h.Inacertainareaofsolarcellmatrixgenerationalsohave24hcyclicalchange,therulesandthesunshinesontheregionradiationthechangeruleofthesame.Butthechangeintheweatherwillinfluencethecapacityofthesquare.Ifthereisafewdayscontinuousovercastandrainyinsuccession,squarematrixisalmostnotpower,canonlyrelyonbatterytopowerandbatterydepthdischargeandassoonaspossibletothegoodsupplement.Thedesignertoprovidemostofthemeteorologicalofficesandthesuneverydaytheradiationenergyorannualsunshinehoursastheaverageofthedesignofthemaindata.Duetoaregioninthedataarenotidentical,forreliablesideshouldtakenearlytenyearsminimumdata.Accordingtotheloadpowerconsumptionsituation,inthesunshineandnosunshine,allneedbatterypowersupply.Meteorologicalobservatoryprovidesolartotalradiationortotaldurationofsunshinetodecidethecapacityofthebatterysizeisnotthelackofdata.
Intermsofsquareofsolarcell,loadshouldbeincludedinthesystemallelectricdevice(exceptappliancestherearebatteryandcircuit,controller,etc.)ofconsumption.Matrixoutputpowerandparallelcomponentsrelatedtotheamountofseriesisinordertoobtainrequiredworkingvoltage,parallelisinordertoobtainrequiredworkingcurrent,theappropriatenumberofcomponentafterseries-parallelnamelycompositionneedsolarcellmatrix.
