Afterall,stresshasbeenaroundsinceAdamandEvewereintheGardenofEden,Stressisanunavoidableconsequenceoflife.Withoutstress,therewouldbenolife.However,justasdistresscancawdisease,therearegoodstressesthatbalancethis,andpromotewellness.
