theworld'sfirst,aquaculturedevelopmentinqualitysafetyhazardisveryserious,however,only2004yearsinChinawasheldabroadforsafetyofaquaticproductswas308times.Drugresidueisthemainsourceofthesafetyproblemofaquaticproducts,andiscloselyrelatedtothepremixandprocessingtechnologyoffeedproducts.Butwhetheritispremixedformuladesignorproductprocessingtechnology,thetechnologycontentisgenerallynothigh.Studyofpremixformulaathomeandabroad,especiallytheformulationstudyin-depthspecialaquaticanimals,inaccordancewiththeoriginalformulaandprocessingtechnologyofthelivestockandpoultry,formingtheexistingaquaculturecompoundpremix.Butbecauseofdifferentaquaticanimalandlivestockandpoultryanimalslivingenvironment,nutritionalrequirementsaredifferent,thepremixproductsinlosingofwater-solublenutrientsinthewaterenvironmentandbyaddingthedrugpreventioninthelivestockpremixthepracticeofmedicine,ishighlyapplicableintheproductionofaquaticfeed.Onthemarketathomeandabroadisstillalackoftargetedgreenaquaticpremixproducts,atthesametime,theprocessingofpremixproductstherearemanyproblems,suchascrushingcannotachievetherequirementsoffineness,mixedcannotachievetherequirementoftheevenness,activesubstancesinthemanufacturingprocessofsolidpowderlossseriousproblem,forthehighqualityofpremixproductshasbroughtmanytest.
Theinventioncontent
Theinventiontosolvethetechnicalproblemisaimingattheshortcomingsoftheexistingtechnology,providesamorereasonableprocess,strongoperability,productperformanceisstableandenvironmentallyfriendlycrustaceansfeedpremixproductionprocess.
