2012年9月10日质量管理、量管理、实物物质量存在的量存在的问题前前言言XX公司成立至今已有9个多月,合资公司优化组织机构、逐步推进现代科学的管理方法,经营业绩呈现良好的发展趋势,产品市场质量表现也有一定程度的提升。
但是,总体来说,无明显改观,个别问题呈现持续上升态势。
透过产品的质量状况,审视产品实现过程的各个环节,我们发现,我们的群体质量意识不强、基础管理薄弱、产品制程能力不足,产品稳定性差。
为从系统管理解决问题,质量系统组织分厂对存在的问题进行梳理,提出改进建议,希望得到管理团队的支持、帮助。

设备维护不到位,精度丧失,带病作业,制程能力达不到设计要求;工艺执行力差,未按要求调整、检测。
