三、教材分析 

Module 7 Summer in LA. Unit 2 Learn English in Los Angeles，本模块以暑假学习班为话题，要求学生能够听懂、读懂并描述这样的学习班。

本单元属于阅读课，教学的任务是学习掌握重要词汇，练习、巩固主谓一致的用法，并完成模块任务：

就暑假课程班的话题展开讨论，达到能够熟练运用主谓一致的知识，谈论不同国家夏令营、各种学习班，描述课程情况和活动经历。

教材的内容是关于洛杉矶一家暑假英语学习班介绍的阅读文章，课文分别从课程，师资，住宿和活动等几方面进行宣传，语言具有说服力和感染力。

设置了听、说、读、写的训练，学生通过阅读和活动，既可以获得丰富的语言信息，又可以增长知识、开阔视野、发展思维。
