Chapteronemeditationmeditation
1.1now,we'regoingtoexplainwhatyogais.
1.2yogaistheartoflearningtocontrolyourmind.
1.3inthisway,theconsciouscanreturntotheirtruecolors.
1.4otherwise,wewillidentifywiththosechanges.
1.5therearefivekindsofchanges,painfulandpainless:
1.6knowledge,error,fantasy,sleep,andmemory.
1.7perception,inference,andknowledgeareknowledge.
1.8knowledgeoferrorisfalsehood,notfromreality.
1.9literalknowledge,butnoobjectisfantasy.
1.10thelossofawakeningproducessleep.
1.11whatremainsofthoseexperiencesismemory.
1.12,byexercisingandnotclingingtothings,youcancontrolallofthem.
1.13perseveranceisexercise.
1.14,afteralongperiodoftime,youcanlayasolid
foundation.
1.15withoutattachment,thereisnodesireforwhatisseenorheard.
1.16becauseofknowingmytrueself,thereisnodesirefornothingintheworld,andthisisthehighest.
The1.17highestmeditationisreallybymeandtheuniverseandcombinedwithtruth,discernment,theperceptionof.

1.30disease,laziness,hesitation,weakness,materialism,fallacy,mentalconcentration,attentionisnotstable,thesearetheconsciousnessofscatteredobstacles.
1.31,thereareworries,tension,unevenbreathing,andsoon.
1.32practicingyogacanovercomeallthis.
1.33peaceofmindcomesfromfriendship,love,joyandequality.Tobeequaltowhatishappyandwhatissuffering,whatisworth,andwhatisnotworth,istomakeitpure.
1.34controlbreathingcanovercomeallthis.
1.35subtleperceptionproducesthehighestconsciouschangethatbringspeaceofmind.
1.36thisisduetothetranscendent,innerlight.
1.37alsobecauseconsciousnesscontrolsdesire.
1.38alsoduetotheknowledgeofdreamsandsleep.
1.39alsoduetomeditationexercise.
The1.40unitedbyassmallasatomstotheinfinitelygreatcandominate.
1.41trueknowledgeistheperception,perceptionandperceptionofthethreefullyunderstood.
1.42awarenesslikegemstotheobjectthroughsound.
1.43trueknowledgeisanintuitiveobject.

Thesecondchapterpracticeexercise
2.1yogaistheself-disciplineofthebody,learningscriptures,andobediencetogod.
2.2,thepurposeistopromotemeditationandremovetherootoftheobstacle.
2.3ignorance,ego,infatuation,rejected,greed,isfivekindsofobstaclesoflife.
2.4ignoranceisthebreedinggroundfortherest,whethersleeping,slight,orbarrier,orfierce.
2.5ignorance,thosewhoarenoteternal,impure,painful,ortruetome,aseternal,pure,pleasant,belongtome.
2.6,theegoistheabilityofthesensestoidentifythemselveswithperception.
2.7infatuationisthepursuitofdesire.
2.8rejectionislivinginpain.
Therearestill2.9orinthosewhohavestudied,istheirownpromotion.
2.10whentheseobstaclesarestillinthesubtlestage,theycandotheoppositetoeliminatethem.
2.11ifitisformed,meditationcanbedonetoremoveit.
2.12,thosebarrierscomefromthepastandactinvisibleandinvisibleboundaries.
2.13onceittakesroot,itaffectstheconditionoflife,thelengthoflifeandallkindsofexperience.
2.14becauseofthedifferencebetweendoinggoodanddoingevil,dimethoateandbitterfruitareproducedrespectively.

Becauseeverythingischanging,thingsbecomeopposite.

2.18therearemanythingsandsensationsintheworldthatliberateusfromthisuniverse.
2.19therearefourcharacteristicsofnature:
specific,non-specific,distinct,andundifferentiated.
2.20theconsciousisonlytheperceptionitself,thoughpure,orthroughthemindtoseethings,andtheegomakeshimagreewiththisthinking.
2.21thenatureofthisperceptionisforthebenefitofthe
conscious.
2.22althoughtheawakeningofpeople,thesewillbedestroyed,butforotherpeople,therearestill.
2.23theperceivedandpercipicombination,willproducetheworld.
2.24ignoranceisitscause.
2.25ifthereisnotomorrow,noperceptionandperceptionpercipimeet,willreceivefree.
2.26eliminateignoranceoncontinuousdiscernment.
2.27,therearesevenstagesofintelligence,withthegrowthofknowledge,oneafteranothertoshow.
2.28throughyogaexercise,thosewillbemixedwiththelightofknowledgeremoval,thebirthofintelligentdiscernment.
The2.29precepts,diligence,toregulatethebody,breath,heart,breath,meditation,photosamadhiiseightyoga.
2.30nonviolence,notlying,stealing,notindulgence,notjustforthesakeof.

2.35,aslongasthedeterminationofnonviolence,hostilitywillbeeliminated.
2.36withoutlying,wecanenjoythefruitsofourwork.
2.37ifhedoesnotsteal,hemayhavewealth.
2.38notsex,canenjoythespiritualhealth.
2.39withoutseekingknowledge,youwillgainknowledgeoflife.
2.40cleanlinessprotectsthebodyfrombeinginfectedbyexposuretoothers.
2.41spiritualcleanlinessproduceswakefulnessandcontrolofthesenses.
2.42contentmentproducesthegreatestpleasure.
2.43physicalandsensoryperfect,duetouncleananddestroythoseprecepts.
2.44,bycontinuouslearning,toachieveharmonywithgod.
2.45samadhiisbyonewithGodandattention.
The2.46positionmustbefirmandcomfortable.
2.47controlrestlessnessandmeditateoninfinity.
2.48inthisway,wewillnotbesubjecttosexualharassmentof$two.
2.49controlyourbreathingafteryouhavemasteredyourposture.
The2.50isthecontrolofinspiratoryandexpiratorybreath.Outside,inside,andevenmotionless,thetimeandplaceandnumberareadjusted,andthebreathisthinandlong.

3.5bymasteringmeditation,wegetthelightofintelligence.

3.7thesethreearemoreimmanentthanthosediscussedbefore.
3.8butevenso,thethreearealsooutsidetherealmofnoseeds.
3.9thestateofcontrolisacontrolledactivityofthemindthatreducesthosehabits.
3.10thecirculationisstabilizedbyconstantpractice.
3.11whenthemindonasubstrate,theotherinterestwilldecline,canachievesamadhi.
3.12inthisrealm,thepastandtheheartthatwillriseseem
tobethesame.
3.13thechangesinsense,therefore,transcendtheprinciplesandpropertiesofthings.
3.14,thenatureofthingsisthepast,present,futurethreeprinciples.
3.15evolutioniscausedbytheconstanttransformationofthethreeprinciples.
3.16meditateonthesethreetransformationsandyouwillgainknowledgeofthepastandthefuture.
3.17,theordinarywordsandmeaningsofknowledgeareconfused.Throughmeditation,welearnthesoundsofalllivingthings.
3.18meditateonpasthabitsandlearnthelifeofthepast.
3.19meditateonotherpeople'sbodiesandyouwillknowthethoughtsofothers.
3.20isnotthecontentofthought,butthestateofitsbeing.
