thethoughtofservingthepeopleasthecore,theprincipleofcollectivism,honestyandasthefocus,strengthensocialmorality,occupationmoralityandfamilyvirtueeducation.Thisisundertheconditionofsocialistmarketeconomy,improvetheimportantguidingideologyofmoralconstruction.Themarketeconomyisthecrediteconomy,honestyisnotonlythemostbasicmoralstandardsofpeopleengagedineconomicactivities,butalsonaturallybecomemustabidebythemoralrequirementsofotherareasofsociallife.Thecurrenteconomicsocietyinourcountry

TheSixteenPartyCongressreportclearlypointedout:

"thecoreofservingpeople,theprincipleofcollectivismandhonestyasapriority,strengthensocialmorality,occupationmoralityandfamilyvirtueeducation."Thisisundertheconditionofsocialistmarketeconomy,improvetheimportantguidingideologyofmoralconstruction.Themarketeconomyisthecrediteconomy,honestyisnotonlythemostbasicmoralstandardsofpeopleengagedineconomicactivities,butalsonaturallybecomemustabidebythemoralrequirementsofotherareasofsociallife.TheorderofChina'seconomicandsocialproblemsinlife,whichisbehindthecreditcrisistoacertain

"sinceancienttimesthereisdead,peoplecannotstandwithouttheletter,becametheruleroftheominouswords.Later,Mencius"Five",whichis"aLunfriendfriend".AftertheWesternHanDynastygraduallybecometheofficialethicsof"FiveVirtues",inwhich"Wuchang"alsocontainsa"letter"ofthisspecification.TheSongDynastyZhuXi"sincerity?

SunZhongshannotonlyleather"integrity"ofthelife,butalsoontheChinese"letter"moralstandardsasahighrating,that"aletterwordintermsofmoral,Chineseismuchbetterthanforeigners"（[1]P245）.Interestingly,SunZhongshancitedtheexampleofcommercialtransactionsisprecisely.SunZhongshansaid,Chinesetrading,notwhatthecontract,aslongaseachspokenaword,thereisagreatcredit.EachorderbetweenChineseandforeigners,Chinesearenotrequiredtosignacontract,aslongascanberecorded,foreignersmustsignacontract.Chinesealthoughnottosignacontract,butatthetimeofdeliveryofthegoodsevenifthepriceisverylow,willlosealotofmoney,willbereluctanttoreturncredit.SotheforeignersoftenpraiseChinese,saidChinesespeakawordthanforeignersmadecontractbutalsomoretrustworthy.SunZhongshanalsocriticizedJapanese,saidforeignersdoingbusinessinJapan,andevenJapanesemadeacontract,Japaneseoftendoesnotperform,therefore,foreignersareChinesepraise,praiseJapanese.

SunZhongshansaid,isthetruestoryofthatera,vividlyreflectstheChinesetraditionalvirtuesofhonestyandtrustworthiness.

FromConfuciustoSunZhongshan,Chinesehonesthistoryisthesame,ifnotignorance,notprejudiceandhostility,itwasnottheChinesenationisaridiculousconclusionnottheintegrityofthenation.Inthebackforeignunfriendlyhostilitytoslander,weneedtheChinesetraditionofhonestyandtrustworthinesstopraisethevirtues,thisisabasicposition,cannotbeshaken.

However,whenwelookback,facingthenewsituationofmarketeconomy,newenvironmentandnewchallenges,butalsoneedtocalmdowntothinkabouthowtobehonestvirtueandmoderncreditsystem,theintegrityoftheancientspiritorganically,inordertobuildasocialistmarketeconomicsystemandadapttothenewnormsofmoralintegritysystem.

IthinkChineseancientvirtueshavethreedistinctcharacteristics.First,thisvirtueiscombinedwithnaturaleconomyandsmallpeasanteconomy,isaproductofself-sufficienteconomicbase.Second,thevirtueinthemainregulationobject,belongstothescopeof"publiccredit",ratherthantheeconomicfieldalone,atleastnottoadjusttheeconomictraderelationsasthemainmission.Third,thevirtueintheregulationofhisfield,constraintforceisdirectandextremelypowerful.

ThefirstfeatureofancientChinavirtues,determineitsoriginalmeaning,suitablefortheadjustmentofnaturaleconomyandcommodityeconomybasedonsimplesocialrelations,includingsocialandeconomicrelations,andinthecomplexregulationofcommodityeconomyandmarketeconomyonthebasisofsocialrelations,especiallythesocialeconomicrelations,itwillshowatheincapableofaction,integrityandmoralanomieeffectisalsoveryeasytoproduce.SunZhongshansaidinearlytwentiethCenturyChineseinbusinesscontract,thecontractisnottrustworthyandthesamephenomenon,ontheonehand,totrulyshowthequalityofhonestyChineseinherentvirtue,ontheonehandreflectsthemoralintegrityisstillinthenaturaleconomybasedontherealityofthesituation.Simplecommodityexchangealsoallowstheexchangeofpromises
