Optimizedstudytotheratioofprimevalballloadingin4.0×6.0moverflowballMillofYingezhuanggoldmine,theresearchresultsshowedthatitpertainstolowhardandbrittleores,theaccuratesizeballshouldbeusedratherthanbigsizeballduetomainlyfinesmineralareproducedintheprocessofcomminution.Astheyieldofintermediategranularitybetween8to0.45mmreachupto50.34%,theintermediateparticlesshouldbestrengthenedingrinding,-400meshcontentisabout40%and-10umcontentaccountsforaquarterofthegrindproductswhatshowedthatparticlessizearenotsatisfiedandunfavorabletosubsequentseparation.Theoptimumschemeofprimevalballloadingisthat:
