配套汽轮机组应包括(但不限于)以下设备

(2)截断阀、主汽阀带滤网、调节汽阀、蒸汽室及其汽机间的连接管道,IP截止阀和中调门,中低压缸导汽管。

B从汽机高压缸抽气口或中压缸至三台高压加热器蒸汽管道及阀门。

C从汽机四段抽气管至除氧器及两台锅炉给水泵汽机间的蒸汽管道及阀门。
CSteampipeswithvalvesfromthe4thextractionofturbinedeaeratorandtotheturbinesoftwoboilerfeedwaterpumps.
D从汽机低压缸抽汽口至四台低压加热器的蒸汽管道及阀门。
DSteampipingwithvalvesfromLPturbineextractionpointtofourLPheaters.
E抽汽疏水管线,包括疏水器、孔板、滤网和阀门。
EThesteamextractiondrainpipeline,includingtraps,orifices,screensandvalves.
F用于除氧器加热的辅助蒸汽管道及阀门。
FAuxiliarysteampipingwithvalvesfordeaeratorheating.
G防止汽轮机进水进冷汽保护装置。

9)可在就地或远方控制的电动盘车装置及手动盘车装置。

(10)排汽防爆安全门排至汽轮机房外的排汽管包括通风帽,防水罩及穿过空的密封。

(11)汽机转子的托架、支承汽缸的支架,以及用于检查及维护用的高架移动式升降平台。

(17)各种消耗性材料的第一次冲灌,如润滑油、EHG液体(抗燃油)、氢气、二氧化碳、润滑脂以及其他经业主批准的消耗材料,这些材料的冲灌量要考虑到冲洗的消耗,并且要定期添加直到由业主方接收为止。
(17)Initialchargeofvariousconsumablematerials,suchaslubricants,EHGliquid(retardantoil),hydrogen,carbondioxide,greaseandotherconsumblesapprovedbyOwner.ThesufficientquantityofthesematerialsshallbeallowedforintheContractforflushing.RegularreplenishmentofthesematerialsshallbecarriedoutuntiltheequipmentisacceptedbyOwner.
3.1.2设计要求
3.1.2DesignRequirements
3.1.2.1汽机型式,主要设计参数及运行工况
3.1.2.1Type,maindesignparametersandoperatingconditions
汽机型式为亚临界双缸双排汽冷凝式,带一级中间再热。
Thesteamturbineshallbeofsub-criticaldouble-cylinderanddoubleexhaustcondensationtypewithonestageintermediatereheat.
汽轮发动机组为户内型,能在带基本负荷、交变负荷时长期运行,并具有调峰性能,具有中压缸启动的功能。
Theturbo-generatorunitshallbelocatedindoorsandcapableofprolongedoperationundersteadyandvariableloadandmoderatingpeakload.ItshallhavethefunctionofIPcylinderstart-up.
汽轮发电机组应能与汽包型带中间再热的锅炉协调运行,具有最大的可用率。
Theturbo-generatorunitshallbeabletooperatewithdrumtypeboilerwithintermediatereheaterandwithamaximumavailablerate.
(1)汽机负荷

汽机带基本负荷,应具备带调峰负荷及变负荷运行的能力,机组年运行小时数不少于7500小时。

C).其他同额定能力工况。

承包商应提出能力工况下的流量。

C汽机最大连续出力工况(T-MCR):
补给水率为0%,额定参数,流量为能力工况下流量,承包商应提出该工况下的出力。
CTurbinemaximumcontinuousrating(T-MCR):
withawatermakeuorateof0%andwithotherratedparameters,thesteamflowbeingequaltothatundercapacityoutputconditions.theContractorshallproposetheoutputundertheseoperatingconditions.
D汽机调节汽门全开工况(VWO),补给水率为0%,额定参数,调节汽门100%开启,承包商应提出最大进汽量及出力。
DTurbinegonernorvalvewideopen(VWO):
withawatermake-upof0%andwithotherratedparameters,steamgonernorvalve100%open.TheContractorshallproposethemaximumintakeflowandoutput.
注:
上面各工况下出力是指发电机端输出的功率,是在上述条件下,考虑扣除非同轴励磁,必要时还包括润滑、发电机冷却与密封所耗电功率后,承包商必须保证能安全连续地在发电机端输出的功率。
Note:
theoutputunderabove-mentionedrespectiveoperatingconditionsreferstotheoutputpowerofthegeneratorterminalminusthepowerofuncoaxialexcitationandcontrol(ifnecessary,thelubricating,generatorcoolingandsealingalsobeincluded).Thecontractorshallensurethesafeandcontinuousoutputofthegeneratorterminaloutputpower.
(4)保证热耗

在额定参数,额定出力工况下的机组热耗≤7900KJ/kw•h(1887kcal/kw•h)。
Theheatrateoftheunitundertheoperatingconditionforratedparametersandnominalratingshallbe≤7900KJ/kw•h(1887kcal/kw•h).
(5)旁路容量
Bypasscapacity
高压旁路系统容量为40%B-MCR。
Thehigh-pressurebypasscapacityshallbe40%B-MCR.
低压旁路的容量为40%B-MCR再加高压旁路系统的减温水最大流量(低压旁路减温器出口处的流量则要加上低压旁路减温水最大流量)。
Thecapacityofthelowpressurebypassshallbe40%B-MCRplusmaximumdesuperheatingwaterflowofHPbypass(theflowattheoutletofLPbypassattemperatorshallalsoplusthemaximumdesuperheatingwaterofLPbypass).
还应满足中压缸启动时对旁路系统的要求。
