CPL(shortforCAACPioneerLogistics)alwayscommitsahigherstandardtoitself.WestrictlyabidebytherelevantlawandregulationsofChina,andexecutetheinternationalagreementandstandardontheissuesofchosenofcustomersandsuppliers,ontheissuesofoff-farmworkers,childlabor,anti-discrimination,reeducationandofferingfreedormitory,etc.
1)Chosenthesupplierandcustomers
FromtheseniormanagerstothebasicoperationworkersinCPL,theyallknowwellofthecompanies’humanrightsregulationsandpractice.Westrengthentheworkers’humanrightsensebyseveraltypesoftrainings.Atthesametime,weorganizedthesourcingandsalesdepartmentintothetraining,tohelpoptimizetheevaluationtooursuppliersandcustomers.Forexample,

4)Anti-discrimination
Anti-discriminationisoneofthemainrequirementsfortheglobalpact,thesociallawandotherguidance.Inourcompany,weapplytoahumanresourcemechanismwhichmakessureeachstaffhasthesameopportunitytoworkandnodifferenceinsalaryforbothgender.Wegetridofanydiscriminationindifferentgenders,disabilities,differentreligions,differentParties,etc.Ifanemployeemeetasaiddiscriminationtreatment,theycancontactdirectlywithgeneralmanagerforappealbyemail,telephoneorletter.Oreventheycandealwithitbylegalways.
