oneonlong-termdevelopmentplanforeducationreformandAsafamilyeducationresearchers,naturallyconcernedaboutthe<<Nationallong-termreformanddevelopmentplan(2010-2020)>>(laterreferredtoasthe‘NationalPlan’)to‘familyeducation’ofthenarrative.ReadPlantextandfoundthe‘NationalPlan’andrepeatedlyreferredto‘familyeducation.’Forexample,requested‘theMoralaspectsofeducationandteachingthroughouttheschooleducation,familyeducationandsocialeducationinallaspects,’suchasInthe‘Chapterofcompulsoryeducation’and‘(j)toreducetheburdenonprimaryschoolstudents’,calledfor‘fullfamilyeducationinchildrenandadolescentsgrowingupintheimportantroleparentsshouldestablishacorrectphilosophyofeducation,masterofscienceteachingmethodsrespectthechild’shealthtaste,childrendevelopgoodhabits,tostrengthencommunicationandcoordinationwithschools,studentstogethertoreducetheacademicburden.‘Itshouldbenoted,the’NationalPlan‘fromtheschools’attentiontotheimportantroleofeducationandfamilyFamilyEducationmadearequestandweshould‘StatePlan’asthebasisanddrivingforce,andworkhardtoguidetheworkoffamilyeducationandresearch.
‘Attitudeiseverything’wasseeminglymoreextreme,butwithadifferentattitudetowardsthesamethingdoesbringdifferentresults.Treatedthe‘NationalPlan’Thesameistrue,weshouldtaketheinitiativeandpositiveattitudetocarryoutandimplement‘NationalPlan’,ratherthanpassive,passive,withoutthinkingtotreatforexample,weshouldnotonlybeinaccordancewiththe‘NationalPlan’calledformoraleducationthroughoutthefamily,butalsothephysical,intellectual,aestheticandlaboreducationthroughoutthefamilyeducation.Thisisbecausethenumerouseducationalpracticeexperienceandmanyscientificresultsshowthat:
students’nutrition,outdooractivities,sleeptime,healtheducationandothermeasurestoensurethatthefamilycannotdowithouteducation,studentinterestinlearningprotection,earlydevelopmentofintelligence,innovativetraining,learningenvironment,thecreationofsuchintellectualmeasureswithoutfamilyeducation;studentsfeelingsofbeauty,appreciationandskillstrainingwithoutparents,familyatmosphereandtheimpactoftheenvironment;studentsself-careability,workattitudesandworkhabitswithouttheformationoffamilyeducation.simplythattheonlymoraleducationwasneededthroughoutthefamily’sviewisobviouslyone-sidedunderstanding.Asanotherexample,compulsoryeducation,thefamilynotonlythroughstrengthencommunicationandcooperationwithschools,togetherreducetheacademicburdenonstudents,shouldalsodomoretohelpthehealthygrowthofchildrenatthisstageofthings.Thisisbecausethestudentsincompulsoryeducationwheretheschoolcannotdowithoutalotofworkfamilysupportandcooperation.well,weplaynotonlyincompulsoryeducation,theroleofthefamily,butalsoinpre-schoolstagetoplaytheroleoffamilyeducation,becauseinpre-schoolstage(especiallyinthe0-3yearsoldinfantandearlychildhoodeducationstage)developmentoffamilyeducation,physicalandmentalhealthofchildrenismoreprofoundandlong-termimpact,notonlythat,wehavetophaseinhighschoolanduniversityleveleducation,aswellasinallstagesoflifelongeducationtoplaytheroleoffamilyeducation.
Issueisstandinginwhatpositionandwhatangletolookatfamilyeducation.Theschoolsystemmanypeopleagreetohomeeducationasacontinuationofschooleducation,familyeducationastheschool’ssecondclassofthesespeciousreferencetothesubjectivemaybetopayattentiontofamilyeducation’sroleinschooleducation,theobjectiveiscausedbyfamilyeducation,schooleducationclienttheimpression,infact,reducethestatusoffamilyeducation.standingonschools’canbeconsideredschooleducationforfamiliesinneedwithsometask,continuewitheducationinthefamily,butwhetheritisfromthehistoricaldevelopmentofeducationandhumandevelopmentinthehistoryoftheindividual,thefamilyarebackinschooleducation,schooleducationisthecontinuationoffamilyeducation.
Toreallysolvetheproblem,nottheonlydeparturefromtheschool,buttothelargerperspectiveoftheeducationfamilyeducationintothenationaleducationsystem,willenhancethedevelopmentoffamilyeducationandguidanceintheeducationstrategicplan.Familyeducationandguidanceofnationalauthorities,shouldprovincesandautonomousregionswithlong-termreformanddevelopmentofregionaldevelopmentplan,astocreateconditionsfordevelopment<<nationallong-termfamilyeducationreformanddevelopmentprogram>>.
Second,onthe‘PTA’School,familyandcommunityeducationisthecoreofthree-pronged‘efforteducatingpeople.’Educationisalargethree-prongedconcretemanifestationoftheeducationsystemisaconcretemanifestationoftheconceptofmoderneducation,itisconsistentwiththeinternationaltrendofeducationreform.Three-prongededucationmajormodelisbasedonschooleducationledtofamilyeducation-based,relyingonsocialeducation,andstrivetoachieve‘unityofpurpose,content,convergence,functionalcomplementation,harmoniousinteraction’toobtainthebestoveralleffectofeducationastheschoolsystem’sFamilyeducationinstructorsandresearchers,moreconcernedaboutthefamilyrelationshipbetweeneducationandschooleducation.‘PTA’isathree-prongededucationisimportant,itisa‘childdevelopment’asthegoal,reflectingthe‘home-school‘interaction.
‘Home-schoolinteraction,’mainlyas‘home-schooleducation’,whichincludes:
(1)home-schooleducationsimultaneously,mainlyreferringtotheparentsaccordingtotheschool’seducationalobjectives,content,requirementsandschedule,withtheschoolstopromotefamilyeducationandschooleducationtomaintainaconsistentdirectionandtimesynchronization.home-schooleducationisactuallysync‘withtheschooloffamilyeducation.’
(2)Parentsinvolvedinschooleducation,mainlyreferringtotheparentsaccordingtotheneedsofschools,involvementinschoolmanagement,educationandtheteachingprocesstohelpschoolsimprovetheschool’seducationallevelandqualityofeducation(3)schoolguidanceforfamilyeducation,familyeducationmainlyreferstotheschoolfortheproblemsandneedsofparents,familyguidanceandservicestoimprovethequalityoffamilyeducation.Itshouldbenotedthatalthoughtheabovethreemethodsbelongtohome-schooleducation,but‘parentsinvolved’isthescopeofschooleducation,‘homeschoolSync’andtheschool’s‘familyeducationandguidance’isafamilyeducationareas.Insomeplacesthe‘Parentsinvolvedinschooleducation’asthemainobjectofstudyoffamilyeducationorfamilyeducationandguidanceofthemaintasks,theappropriatenessofthistreatmentistobediscussed.
Home-schooleducation,familyeducationandguidanceisanimportantpartoftheelementsoffamilyeducationandguidance,includingguidancetotheobject,guidechannels,guidethetime,contentandguidanceintheform.
Familyeducationguidanceobjects,includingbothparentsandchildren,butparentsshouldbethemainguideoftheparentsinbothparentsandchildren,includinggrandparentsandchildrenlivingtogether,butparentsshouldbebased,inaddition,left-behindchildreninruralareasThesurrogateparentandthecitybeartheresponsibilityforeducationofyoungnannyshouldpayattentiontotheguidance.

Contentoffamilyeducation,guidanceshouldbetargeted,thegeneralstrategyistochoosetheproblemschilddevelopmentandparenteducationinfamilyproblemsintheselectionbecauseoffamilyeducation,parentalguidanceisthedirectobject,thedirectguidanceoffamilyeducationobjectiveistoimprovethequalityofeducationofparentsandparentstoimproveeducationalactivities,itmustconsiderhowthecontentwillhelpusupdatetheguidanceofparents,educationalconcept,correctattitudeofparents’educationandimprovetheabilityofparentaleducation,thechildrenwillhelpparentstaketheinitiativepositiveeducational,children’sgrowthforthecreationofagoodfamilyenvironment,education,environment,behaviorofthechild’sresponsetoatimelyandappropriateresponse.
