超声波流量计1
1.管道安装:
(1)丁二烯装置超声波流量计安装方式:
Singlepipe,dualpath(单管道双通道)
(2)发送和接受信号安装地点
上游最小距离10DN,下游最小距离5DN发送和接受信号夹角最好是120度
(3)管道安装有调节阀,则超声波流量计应该安装在调节阀的上游,防止因为调节阀引起气穴现象引起测量不准
(4)仪表安装在一个低点位置时,应保证管道充满流体(始终保持满管状态)
(5)流量计的安装位置应避免在管道的最高点(气体集中的地方),避免在管道的最低点有喷流现象致使管道变形;如果在高点不能保证完全阻止气体聚集,则可以在安装时候使管道略微倾斜
(6)仪表部件

这里的意思就是说可以通过频率信号的强弱来判断安装位置是否正确,如果信号强度高于70%则认为安装正确的,否则需要重新确定超声波发生器和接收器的位置,直到信号强度达到要求为止。

4.仪表操作
超声波流量计
超声波流量计在正常运行过程中,显示屏显示趋势信息、报错信息(nomessage)、累积量信息和瞬时流量信息,各个信息之间是通过▼键进行信息切换。
在按住﹥键时,显示屏左下角会显示时间,当时间由2.5秒减少到0,然后又增加且不超过2.5秒时将手移开显示屏﹥,会出现INSTALLATION项即进入设置界面。
