一恒温槽温场稳定性试验
1试验目的
了解恒温槽在稳定状态下,内部各位置之间的温差(温场性能)随时间变化状况,以确定科学、合理的温场测试方法。
2试验设备
四线制A级铠装铂电阻温度计9支;
电测设备(温度巡检仪,型号:
暂缺,编号:
暂缺),分辨力0.001℃;
恒温槽三台,编号和温度范围见表1。

3试验方法
3.1将4支温度计(编号1-4)的底端放置在距液面15cm的水平面上,1支温度计(编号5)的底端置于距液面30cm的水平面中心位置,4支温度计(编号6-9)的底端放置在距液面45cm处的水平面上。
待温度稳定后,测试各温度计数值,每30秒间隔测试一遍。
持续测试4次。
观察各位置点的温度变化幅度。
3.2将4支温度计(编号1-4)的底端放置在距液面15cm的水平面上,1支温度计(编号5)的底端置于距液面30cm的水平面中心位置,4支温度计(编号6-9)的底端放置在距液面30cm处的水平面上,待温度稳定后,测试各温度计数值,每30秒间隔测试一遍。
持续测试4次。
首先计算各位置点的温度变化,最后计算所有温度变化的最大幅度。
