ThefastburningofthinmaterialcanfullyutilizethehighactivationenergyofthenewecologicalCaOproducedbythedecomposition,andcanimprovethecrystallinemorphologyofsilicatemineralsincementclinker,improvethehydrationactivityofclinkermineralsandstrengthofclinker.Kilnspeedfaster,thematerialisraisedhigherandhigher,bettercontactmaterialandhotairflowinsidethekiln,theheattransferefficiencyishigh;thefasterthekiln,materialsandmaterials,materialsandthekilntemperaturedifferenceissmall,sothebondingmaterialsandmaterialswillbeless,noteasytoring,heading,hanglongkilnskinphenomenonthekiln;thefasterthesupportingoilfilmformedbetweenwheelandtyreismoreuniform,betterlubricationeffect,prolongthelifeofrollerandtyre.

Undernormalconditions,theflameiswhiteandsmooth,andtheclinkerparticlesarehomogeneousandsuitable.Thereisnosandatthekilnmouth.Youcouldseethesandflyisstronglypumpedintothekiln,thatflamesmooth,goodventilation,buttheburningzonetemperatureislow,shouldbeappropriatetoincreasethekilnheadcoal,reduceagratespeed,increasethethicknessofthematerial,improvetwoairtemperature.Atthesametime,theparametersofkilntemperature,kilnloadandpowercurveshouldbecomprehensivelyanalyzedandtreated.

Undertheconditionofcompletecombustion,thegastemperatureattheoutletofthecalcineriscontrolledbytheoperationofaddingandreducingthecoalinthecalciner.Ifthemediumisexcessive,thecombustioninthefurnaceisnotcomplete,thepulverizedcoalwillbebroughtintotheC5combustiontoformpartialhightemperature,whichwillcausethematerialtostick,accumulateintheconeandcausetheblockageofthefeedpipeinacertainChengdu.Onthecontrary,ifthecoalistoosmall,thedecompositionheatisnotenough,leadingtodecompositionfurnacetemperaturedropatthemoment,decompositionrateislow,leadingtoincreasedheatloadinthekiln,clinkerqualitydecline.Intheconcreteoperation,weshouldavoidtheabovetwocases,andmakeaconcreteanalysisofdifferentsituations.
1.4.2.rationallyadjustthefeedamountofthekilnhead:

Ignitiontemperature,feedingandstoppingoperationshouldbedone:
Theoperationofaprecalcinerkiln,aprocessofignition,heating,feeding,andstopping,isaveryimportantprocess.Reasonablepreheatingsystembasedgreenhousefeedingsuccessrise,feedingsuccessornotdirectlyaffectthequalityofclinkerandequipmentoperationrateandkilnliningservicelife,therefore,aprofessionalkilnoperatorshouldnotonlyhaveexcellent,andhaveahighsenseofresponsibility.
2.1ignitiontemperaturerise
