1PrefaceHumanresourcemanagementplayacrucialroleinbusinesstransformation,itisanimportantguaranteeforthesmoothdevelopmentofenterprisesinvariouseconomicactivitiesisanimportantlinkinthedailyworkofthebusinesschange,moreandmoreenterprisesattachgreatimportancetotheeconomicglobalbackground,corporatehumanresourcesmanagementisfacingmanychallenges,thereareavarietyofcrisisinhumanresourcesmanagement,socompaniesmusttakestrongmeasurestodealwiththesecrises.

2.1employeespersonalitycrisisEmployeesistheimplementationofvariouseconomicactivities,itspersonalityadirectimpactontheentireeconomicactivityoftheenterpriseloyaltyandintegrityisanimportantpersonalityoftheemployees,goodemployeesloyaltyandmoralitycanpromoteenterprisethesmoothdevelopmentoftheworktopromotetheeconomicefficiencyofenterprises,tomaximizethewealthoftheenterprise[1].manyproblemswithtroublesomeemployeesloyaltyandlackofmoralcharactertotheenterprise,influenceandimpedebusinessallworksmoothlydevelopment,reducetheeconomicefficiencyofenterprises,evendevastatingdisaster.
2.2StaffpersonalsafetycrisisInbusinessoperations,oftentheemployeespersonalinjury,especiallyinanumberofconstructionenterprises,thestaffofpersonalinjuryaccidentsoccurfrequently,whichseriouslyaffectandconstrainthelifeandworkofthestaff,reducethequalityoflifeofemployees,atthesametimetotheenterprisecausesomelossesaffectthenormaloperation[2].employeespersonalsafetycrisiscausedbythemanyaspects,suchasmachineryandequipmentusedintheworkdoesnotmeettherequirementsorstandards,resultinginmachineryandequipmentintherun-timeexceptionphenomenon,andthusleadtosecurityincidents.somecompaniesintheiroperations,toomuchfocusonthepursuitofprofit,whileignoringthepersonalsafetyofstaff,caneasilyleadtosecurityincidents.
2.3ThelegalcrisisOperationsareoftenavarietyoflegalissues,forexample,newemployeesgenerallycomefromthesameindustry,competitorsfromtheenterprise,sohemaybringaboutsomeimportantbusinessoftheenterpriseislocatedbeforesecret,newemployeesduetolegalawareness,coupledwithcorporatenegligence,easytooriginalenterprisebusinesssecretleakedout,andthusviolatedtherelevantlaws,leadtolitigationorfinancialcompensation,andmanyotherlegalissues,resultinginhugelossestotheenterprise.

3StrategiesSeriousimpactofthecorporatetransformationofhumanresourcesduringthecrisismanagementandconstrainingthedevelopmentofenterprises,tosomeextent,underminethecompetitivenessofenterprises,andcertainriskstotheenterprise,companiesmustbegivenhighpriority,andtakestrongcountermeasurestoaddresstheHumanResourceManagementinthecrisis.ShareFreepaperDownloadCenter
