　　我生于我的同志哥哥之后，他叫做Mike，而我的爸妈，对于同志社群都很友善，在我家同性恋身份从来不是个问题，当我的哥哥出柜时，我们拥抱他告诉他我们一样爱他。

就这样，当他带着他第一个男朋友回家（掌声）当他带了初恋男友，现在的老公回家，与我们一起度过数周的圣诞假期时，我爸只对我妈表示过一次意见：

麻烦你，别搞混了我们的内裤！

（笑声掌声）我们当时还不知道，我会因为工作成为公众人物，也没想到我们会公然被贴上“另类家庭”的标签，在此声明，我们一点也不觉得我们家的价值观有哪些另类的。

（欢呼声掌声）我只是在做我们该为家人做的事，我爱你，我支持你，我完全接纳你，如同我希望你对我的方式，如果有任何人斗胆伤害你，我肯定要他好看！

（欢呼声掌声）已有很多人对我说过，他们觉得我很勇敢，因为我公然支持同志婚姻、同志领养等等同志权益。

但恕我冒昧，我必须谦逊地拒绝，我并不是勇敢，我只是当个像样的人类。

（掌声）我不认为我该因此得奖我只是简述我深信不疑的价值：

爱，是一种人情体验，而非政治口号。

遗憾的是，这世界上并非所有人都这么身同感受，这场硬仗，我的家人和我会继续奋战，直到等待已久的黎明到来，届时我相信，政治力对真爱的束缚也将被解除，（掌声）这个将并不代表，我和同志社群的关系攀上了顶峰，反而代表我们志在必得的呼喊，代表我们接下来要并肩作战。
