Grasshoppersthatliveinnoisyurbanenvironmentsarehavingtochangetheirsong,astudyhasfound.

"Effectsofman-madenoiseoncommunicationhasonlybeenstudiedwithvertebrates(脊椎动物),sofar,"saidMsLampe,aPhDstudentattheUniversityofBielefeld’sDepartmentofEvolutionaryBiology.Thescientistscaught188malebow-wingedgrasshoppersfromnoisyroadsidesandquietrurallocations.
