1、钻孔循环:
CYCLE83(RTP,RFP,SDIS,DP,DPR,FDEP,FDPR,DAM,DTB,DTS,FRF,
VART,_AXN,_MDEP,_VRT,_DTD,_DIS1)
代号含义如下:
RTP返回平面,RFP参考平面,SDIS安全间隙
DP,最后钻深(绝对值)DPR相对于参考平面的最后钻深,FDEP起始钻孔深度
FDPR相对于参考平面的起始钻孔深度,DAM,递减量DTB最后钻深时的停止时间
DTS起始点处和用于排屑的停止时间,FRF起始钻孔深度的进给量,
VART加工工类型,断屑为0型排屑型为1.
例:
第二坐标轴;其它的表示第三坐标轴)

2、切槽循环CYCLE93(SPD,SPL,WIDG,DIAG,STA1,ANG1,ANG2,RCO1,RCO2,RCI1,RCI2,FAL1,FAL2,IDEP,DTB,VARI)
代号含义:
SPD横向坐标起点,为半径值SPL纵向坐标起点,WIDG切槽宽度,DIAG切槽深度,
STA1轮廓和纵向轴之间的角度,ANG1侧面角1,在切槽的一边.由起点决定,
ANG2侧面角2,在切槽的另一边.,RCO1半径倒角1,外部,RCO2半径倒角2,外部,
RCI1半径倒角1,内部,RCI2半径倒角2,内部,FAL1槽底的精加工余量,
FAL2侧面的精加工余量,IDEP切削深度,DTB槽底停留时间,
VARI加工类型,范围1~8
注意:
一定要对切刀槽刀设两个刀沿,方可知道刀头宽度。
如切槽刀若为T4,刀补为D1,则
另设一个T4D2,其Z值为T1D1的Z值+刀头宽度。
