Inconclusion,althoughthereareopponentsagainstpublicspacesdevelopment,itisundeniablethatpublicopenspacesimproveindividuals’physicalandpsychologicalhealth,strengthencommunities,andmakecitiesandneighborhoodsmoreattractiveplacestoliveandwork.

Asmajorcitiesdevelopquickly,severalrelatedobstaclesthatyoungurbancitizensmightencountercanbeanticipated.Firstofall,oneoftheproblemsthatyoungpeopleintheurbancityhastofaceisunemployment.Asmoreandmorepeople wanttoseekjobsintheseextremelycompetitivecities,thedemandforemploymentcannotmeetitssupply.Inotherwords,therearemorepeoplecompetingforasinglejob,whichmakesjobsearchingfrustrating.Asaresult,alotofyoungpeoplemightstayunemployedforalongperiodoftime,whichinturnleadstoadramaticdecreaseinthestandardoflivingandcreatesalotofbadconsequencesintermsofeconomicandsocialsides,includingrobbing,drugaddiction,andsoon.Secondly,highcostoftransportandlivinginbigcitiesconstrainsbothyoungpeople’sabilitytosearchforjobsaswellastheirabilitytostayinemployment.Inmanymetropolis,likeNewYork,itcancostanarmandalegforasmallapartment.Therefore,youngpeopleareforcedtoliveatlocationsthatarefarawayfromwheretheyworkandcommutetoworkplaceeveryday.However,theymustallocateaportionofthesesavedrentalcoststotransportation,whichisusuallynotcheap.
Toovercomeallabove-mentionedproblems,youngpeoplethemselves,employersandgovernmentsneedtomakeefforts.Firstly,entrepreneurshipasaviableasolutiontoyouthunemployment.Withtherightstructureandfacilitatedadministrativeprocesses,youngpeoplecouldcreateenterprisesasmeanstofindandcreatenewjobs.Secondly,itisimportanttomakesurethatemployersareengagedwithyoungpeopleandschool,sothereismorefamiliaritywiththeworldofworkthroughouttheeducationsystem.Thiscanincludeworkexperience,careeradvice,mentoringandcommunityyouthinitiativessupportedbybusiness.Governmentsshouldbethethirdsolution.Itishighlyadvisablethatgovernmentstakemeasurestolimitthenumberofpeoplemigratingintobigcitiesandcreatemorejobopportunitiesinsmallercities.Moreover,morefundsshouldbeallocatedtotheestablishmentofpublictransportationtoalleviatetheoveralltrafficproblem.

Inconclusion,householdtaskscouldbetediousandtimedemandingandendlesshouseworkcanfeelmoregruelingthanajoboutsidethehome,especiallywhenitalsoinvolvestakingcareofkids.However,marriageoranyotherhumanrelationshipsisnotabusinesstransaction,ratherit’sanemotionalrelationship.Whentakingtheemotionalfactorintoaccount,coupleswouldnotstressequalityorfairnessindividinghousework.

Itisbeneficialbothforcompaniesandstaffifafour-weekholidayentitlementisguaranteed.Firstly,givingworkersthebenefitofpaidholidaysoffcanincreaseemployeehappinessandmorale,whichhastheultimateeffectofimprovingemployeeretention. Workersvaluepaidholidays,soiftheyaresatisfiedwiththelengthofholidays,theyarelesslikelytoquit.Secondly,overallproductivitytendstoincreaseasaconsequenceofgivingemployeespaidholidayleave.Beingabletotaketimeoffallowsemployeestogotravelling,takecareofpersonalissues,orsimplyenjoytheleisuretimeathomewiththeirfamilymembers.Theresultisreturningtoworkwithbrainsandbodiesfunctioningbetterandhavingfewerdistractionwhileatwork,whichresultsinincreasedproductivity.
