基于无线传输的仓库多点温度智能监控系统设计
摘要:
设计了一种由ATMEGA16单片机、无线模块和DS18B20温度传感器构成的多点温度智能监控系统,介绍了系统组成结构、工作原理、硬件电路和软件设计,适用于复杂环境下的仓库温度监测,具有结构简单、成本低、功耗低等特点。
本设计由远程终端单片机实时采集温度数据,通过无线数传模块上传给主监控中心,主监控中心根据所测量数据向远程终端单片机发出无线信号控制外部降温设备的运行,保证仓内合适的温度环境。

Abstract:
Wedesignedamulti-pointtemperatureintelligentsurveillancesystemthatconsistsoftheATMEGA16microcontroller,wirelessmoduleandthetemperaturesensorDS18B20.Thispaperpresentsitssystemstructure,workingprinciple,aswellashardwarecircuitandsoftwaredesign.Thesystemissuitablefortemperaturemonitoringforwarehouseincomplexenvironments.Itfeaturesasimplestructure,lowcostandpowerconsumption,amongothers.Thedesignoftheremoteterminalmicrocontrollercollectedreal-timetemperaturedata,throughthewirelessmoduletothemaincontrolcenter,themaincontrolcenteraccordingtothemeasurementdatasenttotheremoteterminalmicrocontrollerwirelesssignalstocontrolexternalcoolingequipmentoperation,toensurepropertemperaturewarehouseenvironment.
