3UniversityinformationresourcestobuildsharedproblemsUniversityinformationresourcessharinginChinabeforethestatusofinformationbetweenthevariousinter-universityresourcesharinghasmadegreatsuccess.CollegesanduniversitiestobuildinformationresourcesweremadeunremittingeffortstoHenry,notonlyjoinedtheNationalinformationresourcesharingsystem,andspontaneousworkingtoestablisharegionalinformationsystemresources,suchas:

(2)informationtechnologynetworklagnow,althoughtheuniversityhasbeguntheconstructionofthenetworktechnologyandplanning.Butthepopularityofeachschoollevelnetworktechnologyismoreandthepoor,whilethelackofforward-lookingnetworkinformation,compatibilityandstandardization.evensomeneedupgrading.thelackofvisionofnetworkconstruction,eachschoolonlytomeettheschool’sownnetworkresourcestheneedfornetworkingofverypoor,soonlythenetwork-by-dayinformationtechnologytoimproveandmatureconditions,itmaybetomaximizethesharingofresources(3)relatedtothemanagementandstaffoflowquality.InformationAgeNetworkenvironmenttobuildandshareeducationalresources,willpromotethetraditionalworkenvironmenthasgreatlychangedintheinformationcollection,organization,processing,andapplicationaspectsoftheproposednewstaffrequirementsrelatedtotheworkoftheinstitutionsthequalityofpersonnelstructurecannotmeettherequirements,suchas:
thedevelopmentandutilizationofinformationresourceswiththeawarenessandskills;familiarwiththecharacteristicsofavarietyofonlinesearchtools,onlineinformationretrievaltechniquestomaster;computerskillswithproficiencyandcomputerincidenthandlingtechnology;knowhowtodesignandproductionofhome,cananoverviewofinformationresources,servicesintroducedtothereader,make‘InternetNavigator’,etc.
4networkeducationresourcessharingofrelevantmeasurestobuildEvaluationofteachingresourcesonthenetworktoexpertevaluation,teacherevaluationandstudentevaluationofthe‘trinity’ofevaluationmethodsinonlineteaching,althoughthestatusofteachersandstudents,teachingmethodshaveundergonetremendouschanges,butstillthepurposeofeducationistopromotestudentdevelopment,sotomeasuretheeffectivenessofonlineteachingresources,musttakethedevelopmentofstudentsasanevaluationofthecorestandardsintheimplementationoftheevaluation,theevaluationmethodsfromthetimeofevaluationcanbedividedintopre-andpost-evaluationpriorevaluation,throughtheestablishmentofexpertteachersandstudents‘trinity’ofresourceassessmentteam,accordingtothepre-establishedevaluationsystemofeducationalresources,writeadifferentquestionnairetoobtainevaluationinformation;ex-postevaluation,afterthereleaseofresourcesfromsomestatisticalinformationanduserinformationpostedontheplatformReviewtheinformation,andaccordinglytoimprovetheresourcedeficiencies.
