Reachingsuccess,heworkedhard,hepushedhimself.Butthenhestopped,becausehethoughthefigured,andcanjustsitbackandrelax.
Reachingsuccess,hewasprettygoodatcomingupwithgoodideas.Becausehedidallthesesimplethingsthatledtoideas.Butthenhestopped,becausehefiguredhewasgreatenoughandheshouldn'thavetoworkatideas,theyshouldjustcomelikemagic.Buttheonlythingthatcamewascreativeblock.Hecouldn'tcomeupwithanyideas.
Reachingsuccess,healwaysfocusedonclientsandprojects,andignoredthemoney.Thenallthismoneystartedpouringin.Andhegotdistractedbyit.Andsuddenlyhewasonthephonetohisstockbrokerandhisrealestateagent,whenheshouldhavebeentalkingtohisclients.

Successisn'taone-waystreet.It'sacontinuousjourney.Andifwewanttoavoid"success-to-failure-syndrome,"wejustkeepfollowingtheseeightprinciples,becausethatisnotonlyhowweachievesuccess,it'showwesustainit.Sohereistoyourcontinuedsuccess.Thankyouverymuch.

经典诵读演讲稿
尊敬的各位领导、老师及同学们:
大家好!
今天我演讲的题目是《润物细无声》。
人人都说教学苦,确实,作为一名老师挺苦挺累的,作为一名好老师就更苦更累,但这是我们选择的职业,因此我们只有默默的工作。
高尔基说过“谁不爱孩子,孩子就不爱他,只有爱孩子的人,才能教育孩子”。
在同龄人中,我没有靓丽的外表和时尚的服饰,但我是学生眼中最美最美的老师;我不想苍白空洞的说我为教育事业做了些什么,但我敢说这十年来我是一步一个脚印,不因碌碌无为而悔恨,也不因误人子弟而羞愧。
在我眼里,每个学生都是一朵含苞待放的花蕾,作为一名英语老师,我有责任让他们绚丽绽放,特别是那些“带刺的花蕾”,我更应多一些关爱和呵护。
当了十年的英语老师,在学生身上,发生过许多令我心酸也令我感动的故事。
其中有一个故事永远鞭策着我,启迪着我。
刚分配,我便接任了两个毕业班的英语课,常言道“棍棒出孝子,严师出高徒”,我想,初为人师,必须严厉点,要镇住他们。
于是我就用严厉的面孔、严厉的惩罚来使学生折服。
当时班里有一个出了名的捣蛋鬼,他学习差、纪律差、卫生差,是赫赫有名的三差生,全班同学都害怕他,班长也让他三分。
一次,他往另一个同学嘴里塞烟头并勒索钱,家长找到了学校,我不由分说将他叫道办公室,火冒三丈的对他狠狠地训斥了一顿,没想到他不但不服气,还理直气壮的顶撞我,此刻我感到颜面尽失又忍无可忍便给了他一记耳光。
谁知他居然骂骂咧咧地冲出了办公室。
当时我被气坏了,感到自己受了莫大的委屈和耻辱。
自此以后,我对他冷若冰霜,他也在我英语课上蒙头大睡,每
天给我的教学工作带来了极大的麻烦。
当时,我对那位同学恨之入骨。
可是后来的故事却改变了他,更醒悟了我。
一天,我正准备批改作业时,从本子里划出一张纸条,上面写道“老师您一定非常非常地讨厌我、恨我吧!
但我不讨厌您,因为在其他学生的心中您是最好的老师,在我心中也是一样。
但我讨厌您对我们毫不留情的训斥,更讨厌您给我的一记耳光。
我不想再这样浑天度日了,我想考上高中,您还会像以前那样抓我吗?
”那时,我内心深处有一种说不出的滋味,更有一种难以名状的感觉。
当天中午,我利用吃饭时间,把他叫到办公室,一改往日严厉的面孔,变得和蔼可亲,和他交谈了很多,他好像有点受宠若惊,态度非常诚恳,并保证今后不在捣乱,立志要做个好学生。
事情已经过去了好多年,但一直却珍藏在我心底,时时提醒我最可恶的孩子也有他最可爱的一面,每个孩子都是鲜活、灵动的个体,有着各自的性格。
作为一名老师,要用亲切的目光,用慈爱的双手给每一个学生一自尊,自信,关爱和鼓励,只有这样学生才会“亲其师,信其道”。
总之,在今后的教学中,我真诚的希望我的每一节英语课都能陪伴学生们度过一段幸福快乐的时光;我的每一节英语课都能让学生在轻松融洽的气氛中学到应知应会的知识;实实在在教英语,简简单单教英语;轻轻松松教英语,是我一直追求的理想化教学状态。
