GayisnowaprovincialkeyconstructionprojectofaluminumLtd---provincewithanannualoutputof50,000tonsoftechnicalinnovationprojectofenvironmentalprotectionandenergysavingofelectrolyticaluminumprojectmanager.Inthistechnologicaltransformationprojects,hehasoverallresponsibilityfortheday-to-dayaffairsoftheproject.Inordertoensurethatsoutherncompany's"controlthescaleofinvestment,strengthenfieldmanagement,payspecialattentiontoprojectprogress,andensureasuccessfuloperation,"theoverallgoal.HeandEngineeringDepartmentundertheleadershipofallthestaffinthecompany'stechnicalcommand,onthedifficultiesandtoovercometechnicaldifficultiesintheprocess,workhard,havemadeoutstandingachievements,mainlyreflectedinthefollowingaspects:
first,carefulorganizationandmanagementachievedremarkableresults.Technicalinnovationprojectoftheyear,startedandcompletedaseriesofbidsandcompletedtodate,fromproductionengineeringtoputintoproductionafternearlyayear,hasachievedverysignificantresults.Aprojectfirst56slotsfromdismantlingtheoldslotjust168days,civilengineering,installation,commissioning,guaranteeengineeringqualityunderthepremise,ontheproductionsidetransformationunderdifficultconditions,createdthenationalindustry'sfastestspeeds.II32largeprebakedelectrolyticcellonNovember7hasbeeninstalled,markshasanannualproductioncapacityof50,000tonsofelectrolyticaluminumproductioncapacityofaluminum.Entireprojectalmost8monthsearlierthanplanned,achievedthegoalofproductiontransformationbenefitsthatyear,createdfavorableconditionsforaluminumthroughSouth.Second,effectivelycontroltheinvestment.Projectissubjecttoascientificapproachtobidding,biddingtomakesavingsof20millionYuan,intheimplementationprocessoftheproject,everydomesticpricesofsteel,cementandotherbuildingmaterials,theoldbuildingsonthebaseencounteredgreatdifficultiesindealingwithsignificantincreaseinthevolumeofcivilengineering,butthroughrationalizationandoptimization,projectcontrolinfixedinvestmentof350millionYuan.Third,environmentalenergy-savingeffectoftheproject.Projectinvestmentofnearly30millionYuan,usinglargeprebaketechnologyandaluminumoxidedensephaseandhyperdensephaseconveyingtechnology,fluorideandotherharmfulgasespurificationefficiencyofupto98%.ComparedwithSoderbergcellbeforethemodification,powerconsumptioncanbereducedby1500tonsofelectrolyticaluminum,andprojectenvironmentalprotectionandenergysavingeffectisobvious.Fourareinarelativelyshortperiodoftimetothenormalproduction.Afterfourmonthsofefforts,aprojecthasputintooperationallthe54240KAlargecellintoregularproduction,stablecurrentchannelconditionsandalltheeconomicindicatorsaregood,currentefficiencyinOctoberhadreached93%,isclosetoandreachthedomesticadvancedlevel.Inthecaseofproductionhalfofthecell,thiseffectcanbeachievedandbetterlevelintheindustry.50,000tonsofelectrolyticmodificationprocess,frompreliminarystudytoequipmentselection,costcontrol,projectprogress,qualitycontrolandcoordinationamongthevarioussub-projectsandvariousprofessional,technicalcommandunderthecorrectleadership,bothfromanoverallperspective,emphasisonintegrity,andearnestlyimplementtherelevantlawsandregulations,strictlyactaccordingtothecontract.Hetriedtolearnrelevantknowledge,goodstyleofbusiness,operationalandorganizationalcoordinationability,projectefficiency,qualityandsafetyassurancesysteminplace,withallunitsinvolvedwiththecoordinationandgood...暗挖隧道施工方案环岛路(鳌山路-高殿二号)工程Ⅱ标
