教学重点:
利用所学的语言目标在greeting和visiting两个方面进行礼貌交际的建议,同时,通过讨论、听力、阅读等方式了解西方不同国家的礼仪。
教学词汇:

教学目的:
学习新词汇,熟练掌握语言目标,并能进行最基本的日常对话,同时,了解西方不同国家的礼仪,增加学生的知识面,培养学生的礼貌意识和世界意识。
教学策略:
以任务型教学理论为主导,分层次、分步骤地创设任务,完成任务,实现教学目标。
采取参与教学,自主教学,评价教学等教学策略,让学生在一种轻松、积极的气氛中掌握语言目标。
教学步骤
课前准备:

课前要求学生以小组形式搜集与本单元相关的八个国家在greeting和visiting 两个方面的礼仪,并做成卡片进行对比。
(要求:
每个组至少选择两个国家)如:

Task3.Competition(竞赛)
此项任务是本节课的主要活动项目,它占据整节课的三分之一,是本节课的高潮。
采取参与,表演与展示,评价等教学策略,一方面检查学生的家庭作业,另一方面可以发挥学生利用图书和网络资源的能力。
通过学生在竞赛中的表演、讲解、展示,达到用目标语言进行信息沟通,日常交际。
在交流的过程中,学生彼此相互学习,了解不同国家的风俗习惯、生活方式,有益于培养学生的跨世界的文化意识,逐步扩展文化知识的内容和范围。
这也是符合新课标对学生在资源策略,交际策略的学习要求。
竞赛后互评,既是对教师教学质量的反馈,也有利于学生认识自我,树立信心,从而达到师生共同进步。
此项任务分三个步骤:
首先,各组由一人在多媒体上展示课前准备的礼仪对比卡片,包括内容,设计。
其次,各组由另一人用所学的语言目标对本组的资料进行口头描述。
同时,可以采取表演、漫画、幻灯等自选形式配合描述。
接着,各组展示结束后,将卡片贴在黑板上。
