InstructionsofCommercialHousingSalesContract
1.Thisisasampledocument,whichcanalsobeusedforfinalsigning.Thepurchasershallcarefullyreadthecontentsbeforeconcludingthecontract.Incaseofdisagreementsonclausesorterminologiestherein,consultationmaybemadetolocalcompetentauthorityofrealestatedevelopment
2.Thecommercialhouseinthecontractreferstothehousebuiltandsoldbytherealestatedevelopercompany.
3.Partyinvolvedshouldsignthecontractbasedontheprincipleoffreewill.Bothpartiescancarryoutamendment,supplementanddeletiontoclausesinthecontract.Theprintedwordswithoutalterationaretreatedasagreedbybothparties.
4.Fortheselectedoptions,handwritingispreferential.
