Designtheoryofstoredtestingandmeasuringsystemanditsrealizationindynamicdatameasurementofmissile

Storedtestingandmeasuringisakindofdynamictesttechnologywhereinmicrodatarecordinggaugeisembeddedintheobjecttobemeasuredintheconditionthatthereisnoorallowableeffectonit.Theinformationiscollectedandmemorizedatthespotinrealtime.Therecordingdeviceisrecollectedandcomputerisusedtoprocessthemeasuredinformation.Thekeytorealizedynamicstoredtestingandmeasuringliesindevelopingofstoredtestingandmeasuringsystem(STMS)thatcanworknormallyinthetestingenvironmentandhaveeithernoeffectontheobjecttobemeasuredortheeffectisintheallowablerange.
Thedefinition,character,applicationfieldandbasicelementsarestudiedsystematically.Theoverallreviewofresearchanddevelopmentsituationinhomeandoverseaisgiven.DuringPh.Dcandidatestudyingperiod,theauthorhaspresidedoverthedevelopmentofdata-recordingdevicesusedon60channelsdynamicdatatestingandmeasuring(TM)duringatmosphere-reenteringofintercontinentalballisticmissile(ICBM)warhead,intelligentmissileblockboxusedondynamicdata-recordingofcertainheavyanti-tankmissileflight,anti-warshipmissilesliptrackflightfusedatatestingandmeasuringsystem,cannonshootmissileballcartridgeflightdata-recordingdevice,STMSofinneroverloadingcurveofpenetrativepillandballchamber.Basedontheseexperiencestheauthoranalysesthoroughlytheinnerrulesoftestingandmeasuringtechnologyandsummarizethedesignconceptanddesignrulesinaphilosophicalview.ThedesignprinciplesthatcanconducttheengineeringpracticeofSTMareestablished,whichmakethedesignofSTMSoptimizedinalogicalandrationalway.
TheSTMSresearchedinthepapermainlyusedinthespecialenvironmentwiththefollowingattributes:
(1)transientsingleprocess;
(2)multi-parameterinterrelation,stricttime-relationandtheneedofprecisemeasuringsimultaneously;(3)analogueanddigitalinformation,highrangetransientsignalandmicrorangeslow-changesignalexistsimultaneously(therangedifferencegreaterthanfourordersandboththeamplitude-testingandtheprocess-recordingisneeded);(4)badtestingandmeasuringenvironment,forexample,hightemperatureupto3000℃,highpressupto1000Mpa,100,000gstrongimpactvibration,highrotatespeedandstrongmagneticdisturbance;(5)themeasuredsystemishigh-technologyproductwithexpensivetest(uptotensofmillionsRMBforoneexperiment);(6)smalltestspace(nodisturbancetothetestedsystemisrequiredandeffectbesmallest);(7)difficulttorecovery;andsoon.
AftersystematicallystudyingmanyoftheSTMSexamples,thedesigntheoryandtenmicroscopicaldesignprinciplesofSTMSarepresented.Theyincluderealizabilityofworkingprinciple,recollectabilityoftestingandmeasuringdata,matchingand/orharmonizing,compatibility,environment-adaptability,reusingandcalibrationability,flexibledesign,modularizationdesign,optimizingandtrade-offoftechnologyschemes.TheconceptionofstatedesignofSTMSisfirstlypresented.Thebasicconceptions(forexample,STMSstate,statevariable,statespace,statenet,stateassembleandstatechain)aredefined,followedbystudyingofstateassemble,establishingofstatechainand/orstatenetdesignprinciplesandmethods.Further,theirapplicationscopeandtypicalapplicationsareillustrated.Thetimepowerfactortheoryandthemathematicsdescriptionofsystemstateanditstransformationarepresented.
ConsideringSTMSasaninformationtransmissionsystem,theinformationtransmissionmodelofitisestablished.Thetestingandmeasuringinformationflow,equivalentinformationtransmissionmodelandnoisemodelareanalyzed.Fromtheinformationtransmissionview,thesimilaritybetweenSTMSandShannoncommunicationsystemiscomparedtoestablishthetheorybasisforstudyingTMchannelbyapplicationinformationtheory.
Quantifyalgorithmicdefininginformationofmeasuredsignalthatmakeuseofentropyandentropypowerhasbeenpresented,includingTMchannelcapacityprinciple,themaximinterinformationprincipleandinformationratedistortionprinciple.ChannelcapacityofcontinuousanaloguesignalTMandanti-disturbancecapacitylimitation.TherelationequationbetweenSTMchanneltransmissioninformationandsignalenergyaswellasTMchannelanti-disturbancecapacitylimitationequationisestablished.TheoptimizationanaloguesignalTMchannelispresented,basedonanalysisofchannelfrequencycharacterandinformationentropy,themaximSNRconditionofTMchannelandtheconditionwhereinboththeminimTMchanneloutputwaveformandthemaximSNRconditionareobtained.InthedesignofTMchannelinformationtheconceptionofdistortionandratedistortionisintroduced,moreover,thecalculationequationofTMchannelinformationratedistortionfunctionisestablished.
STMSdigitalsignalTMchannelsarecomposedofoneormoredualitysignalchannel.Inthepaper,thedigitaltestchannelsaresynthesizedasacombinaitonof“Z”channelandthechannelofsymmetricdisturbedinformation.Thebasicchannelandchannelcapacityaswellascaculaitonofchanneloverlapprobabilityareresearched.Moreover,theinformationchannelscapacityandthebestchannelslayoutoftestinstructionchannelsandtestdatachannelsarediscussed.
SamplingandquantizingarethemostimportanttechnologyinSTMS,whichisrelatedtoinformationobtainingqualityandSTMprecision.IncommonsamplingTMsystem,thesamplingfrequencysetupisinclinedtobehigh(especiallywhilethemeasuredobjectisnotknownclearly)inordertoobtainenoughdata.Thus,thereismuchinformationredundancy.Realtimeinformationcompressiontechnologymustbedevelopedsothatmoreinformationthatisusefulcanberecordedinthelimitedmemory(reversely,theSTMScostcanbereducedsincetheneededmemorycapacityiscompressed).
Accordingtotheattributeofthemeasuredsignal,theTMrequirement,workingenvironmentandsoon,thebasicproblemsofSTMsamplingdesignareresearched.FourSTMsamplingstrategy(uniformitysampling,automaticsubsectionuniformitysampling,programmableself-adaptivesubsectionuniformitysamplingandself-adaptivesampling)arepresented.Thealgorithmofzeroorderandoneorderpredictableself-adaptivesamplingisintroducedindetail.Thesourceofsamplingerrorandthemethodtoavoiditareanalyzedandresearched.
Twokindsofsamplingsignalquantizers(uniformityandununiformity)arepresented.TheinformationratedistortionfunctionoftheuniformityquantizerandtheSNRalgorithmareestablished.Thesignalcapacityandmulti-channelinformationTMprincipleisresearched.ThealternativeprincipleofADCmulti-channeltransducerispresented.
Informationcanbestoredinmagneticmemorydielectric(MMD)orsemiconductorCMOSmemory.ThelatteriscommonlyusedinSTMSduetocomplexcontrol,largevolumeandlowantiover-loadingabilityofMMD.InformationmemorysubsysteminSTMSisstudiedanddesigned.Moreover,informationmemoryeffectiveprinciplesarepresented,including:
(1)Designingmemorycontrollerintermofsamplingsequenceandrecordingmode.
(2)Foraddressgeneratorcomposedofserialcounter,thepropulsionofaddressisdonebytherisingedgeofWRsignal.(3)ReducingmemorysubsystemtransmissiontimeaspossibleasonecanormakingtheCMOSmemoryoperationduringtransmissioninvalid.
Basedonstudyoftheinformationcompressionprinciple,twoinformationcompressivestoringalgorithmsarepresented.Oneisthealgorithmoffinitespanerrorlimitationusedinrealtimedynamicdatacollecting.Thecomputersimulationshowsthatthealgorithmisveryeffectiveinreal-timedatacompressionandstorage(datacompressiveratioupto13.6andmemoryspacesaveupto92%).Theotherisdatamodelcompressivealgorithmbasedondynamicdatamodeling.ErrortolerencetechnologyandredundancydesignofSTMSarealsoresearched.
Thedouble-circle-recordingprincipalandmethodforimprovingreliabilityinmeasuringtransientsignalsisillustrated.TheessentialtechnologiesofSTMS,includingthree-microtechnology(microvolume,micropower,micronoise),antihighover-loadingtechnologyandinterfacetechnologyetc.arediscussedindetail.
DF-5Amissileisakindofmiddle/longdistancestrategynuclearmissile.Itisanecessarytaskinmissilesystemresearchtotestandmeasuremissileballcartridgeflightdynamicdata.Inthepast,dynamicdataofmissilesystemareobtainedbythewirelessremotetestsystemandmagnetictaperecordingdevice.Sinceplasmaintermitsectionis“blackarea”ofwirelesssystem,missiledynamicdatacan’tberecordedbywirelessremotetest.Memoryresendingwirelessremotetestcanbeusedtoobtain“blackarea”data,however,onlylimiteddynamicdatabeforethemissileheadcontactthegroundcanbeobtainedsincemissileheadapproachthegroundquicklyafterleavingthe“blackarea”.Theothermethodismicromagnetictapedeviceonboard,butthedeviceoperationiscomplexandthereliabilityislow.
Undertheinstructionofprinciplementionedabove,dynamicSTMSforanewstrategymissilefullballistictrajectoryisdeveloped.Withoutthecomplexoperationoftraditionalmagnetictaperecordingdevicesbeforeblasting-off,theSTMScanbothinspect60channelsdynamicdatafromdistancefarto300mandcompleteinspectionandstoreofmissileheadsystemdatawithoutdismountingthemissile.Thedevicecanpreciselydothetestingandmeasuringtaskwhilethemissileheadreenteratmosph
